房間寬敞明亮舒適，大窗户通風好，服務員都很熱情，服務周到。樓下有多條公交線路站點，麻辣燙公交專線經過，到天水古城、麥積山的公交線路都經過；距高鐵站約2公里，樓下就是商業圈，吃飯買東西都方便，出差經常住這裏，值得推薦

房子乾淨整潔，住上安靜舒適，窗户明亮透氣，臨近小區買東西方便，店員熱情禮貌，公交站離賓館50米，麻辣燙專線1路車經過賓館，麥積山專線坐去很方便。
