大無語事件，凌晨4點半前台打電話過來，一問才知道打錯房間。我以為是什麼緊急突發情況，每年有好幾個月住在酒店，從沒遇到過這種事，太無語了。凌晨2點睡，6點起床，本來就睡少，還被吵醒

1.停車場地上和地下席位都極其有限且都需要步行到酒店！！晚上九十點鐘喊你下樓調整車位完全理所當然！！
2.酒店即使最好的大床房設施都很老舊，洗手盆的塞子一放水就自動堵上，衞生間的紙巾託呈斜坡狀放不住手機和濕巾！！
3.價格不低，總體住下來感覺入住十分不便且服務態度傲慢，眼睜睜看着你搬上搬下不幫忙，好像我們是提供服務方！！
總之目前住過最差酒店沒有之一，建議避雷。

400多的價格房間超級小，衞生堪憂，整體就是快捷酒店水平。嚴重懷疑天水酒店排名第一是哪裡來的。攜程的排名不會跟百度一樣了吧！

住的體驗很不好！幾個問題，1，房間很悶，很乾，開空調沒有涼風，開窗又很吵，房間在馬路這邊。2，床單被套枕頭，很硬，磨皮膚，估計是被84漂白劑什麼的洗時間太長了，沒辦法，晚上穿短袖睡的。3，旁邊有工作間的房間別住，不知道是什麼磕的響，很煩。因為白天爬山很累，所以晚上就將就湊合了一晚，翻來覆去很晚才睡着，早上又被隔壁工作間吵醒，睡醒上火了，嗓子啞了。4，牙刷很硬，掉毛，扎牙床。好的幾點：洗澡水很充足，早餐不錯，整體服務還行。如果想好好休息，睡個好覺，不推薦！

酒店設備不錯，服務很好，服務人員熱情幫助拿行李到房間，入住後有果盤酸奶贈送。尤其是在小雨綿綿陰冷的晚上，還送來熱牛奶，非常感謝！

早餐雖然不是太多種 但是很好吃 服務超好還有一瓶瓶的西瓜汁
客房每天送2片面膜兩個酸奶兩瓶水....
整體服務很熱情 連車庫的保安大哥都非常客氣

這次西北之行感受最好的一家酒店。我們是自駕遊，之前已經在攜程看到點評説酒店停車場沒有直達酒店的電梯，到了酒店門口，保安就主動告知讓我們先到酒店門口停車下行李。開到門口就有服務人員過來主動幫我們開車門拿行李。前台的服務人員態度也很好。酒店雖然不算新，但房間各項設施維持得都不錯的，毛巾手感是我住過這麼多的酒店裡非常好的一家，拖鞋質量也很棒，比很多五星級品牌酒店都好。洗漱用品，牙具等都很好，我很喜歡洗漱用品的香氛，可以感覺到物料的準備也是花了心思的。入住送了酸奶和蘋果，酸奶很好喝，可以聞到很濃的奶香味，蘋果也很脆甜。從各項細節都可以感受到酒店在服務方面的用心，我覺得這是很值得鼓勵的，畢竟持續的疫情對酒店行業確實造成了很大的影響，在這段特殊時期能堅持用心提供服務，並且在細節方面能堅持品質很不容易。
一點小建議是希望酒店在運營方面也能更與時俱進一些，入住時收取遠高於房費按金的做法我個人覺得略不合理，畢竟現在很多酒店已經可以用信用擔保的形 式了，而且房間內也沒有mini吧之類的消費項目。

攜程你怎麼會顯示五星酒店，充其量就是個最普通的商務酒店，3星都不到！哪一點符合五星酒店的標準了？！空調一晚上製冷不行，水龍頭，淋浴設施都不行，窗户外面是院子，價格很貴，第一天到天水下雨了，就沒出去吃飯，心想就在酒店吃吧，一看價格驚呆了😱很貴，普通的炒蘆筍都88元……
