Nice location beside the river and a walk across the bridge to reach train station and public bus to maijishan grottoes.. lots of restaurants nearby as well.. room is spacious and clean.. friendly staffs!

服務人員很親切，讓我們提早入住。不過設備有些老舊，清潔度普通。不巧遇到停電，幸好是在半夜，影響不大。希望能再更乾淨一點。也希望能區分出無菸房，否則一直都會聞到二手菸的味道，實在不太舒服。總之非常感謝給予的各項服務。
下次有機會再拜訪天水，這是一個很棒的城市。

第一個房間衞生間很臭，換一個房間又沒有垃圾桶，洗手間的紙也不是新的，都是上個顧客用剩下來的，極度不滿意

看評價以為是個還不錯的經濟酒店，最多也就是裝修老一點，但是評價都還行，也敢標四星，應該差不到哪裡去。
結果除了大堂好一點，真的是整體都太差了。走道是感應燈，快走過了才亮，過道非常黑，走起來極度不舒適。房間裏沙發上有可疑的血跡，看起來非常令人不悦，也令人質疑其他地方的衞生。床墊支撐很差，睡起來不舒服。
本來最多給一星。但房間擺了一本地方誌，隨便翻翻對來旅遊還是挺有幫助的，加一星吧。其他作為酒店，真是各種不推薦。位置既不靠近市中心，離麥積山也遠。

位置絕佳，周邊吃飯購物方便，距麥積山二十餘公里，自駕不想住景區附近民宿的話這裡是不錯的選擇，前台服務熱情，根據需求給挑選了景觀房，落地窗正對馬路對面渾黃的渭河和一個清澈的人工湖，呈現涇渭分明的景觀，衹是樓下馬路徹夜有大貨車和旅遊大巴車經過，稍有些吵，睡眠不好者慎選，其它都很好，衞生也不錯

在這家酒店連續住了兩天第二天續住，打掃衞生的阿姨特別的負責任，給房間多放了幾瓶水。前台的小李美女也很熱情地為我們介紹了當地的特色美食很感動，房間打掃得很乾凈，很不錯

酒店離火車站很近，步行十幾分鍾就到了，房間乾淨衞生一應俱全，尤其是感謝前台優質服務，考慮到有小孩，為了提升入住體驗，前台那位美麗嘟嘟脣妹妹特意給升級成了江景房，為此次研學之旅又添驚艷一夜～～～為優秀的客房員工們點贊！

觀景房很漂亮，窗外白天是河景，晚上是美麗的燈光造型。出行方便，公交站就在樓下。賓館緊臨跨河人行橋，夜晚沐浴在霓虹燈下，涼風習習，好不愜意！服務態度好，吃飯、購物都很方便。
