A three week trip to Albania to include Christmas to see the old soviet style brutalist buildings before they are gone
Nice hotel but the only surprise was a 100 Euro damage deposit that wasn’t on the listing and an 8 am check out in the morning
Cure pet cat in the hotel and great breakfast every that keeps you going for the rest of the day

Dirty place not clean. Tv not working . Hidden price you have to pay 25 Euro every night extra. It seems to me they are stealing money through this property not managing the property. When I told them I am customer they said to me the rule is rule I said ok where is the swimming pool that shows on the website as there is no pool. Also. the door lock is not working I told the reception and they didn’t not fix it.

Big scam to absolutely avoid, you should already know that you have to add €25 per person on top of the reservation. In addition, I had booked one night, I was told that it was overbooked, so I tried to get a refund, I was told that I never showed up.

It was a horrible experience which makes me wonder Expidia and other sites are letting people to book this please which is completely scam nothing like the pictures a lot of charges upon arrival please do not book if you do not want to ruin your trip.

The transport to the hotel isn’t convenient. While checking in with trip.com’s check-in Voucher, we were asked to pay a lot of extra fees, which is almost four times the price shown on the voucher. I was stunned, showing the confirmation email from trip.com which says the total amount should pay at the hotel is USD31.38or euro€29.48, instead more than €110 the reception man asked, then he said the city tax for each one is €8, we three people should pay €24, as my 83-year-mother was quite tired after long-distant flight, I didn’t want to look for the new hotel and was to pay what he asked this time as €53.5, I gave him my credit card, then he said if I pay by credit card, the settled amount would be Lek55961, which I think 10 times the amount, but he said it’s because of the online rate, finally I paid USD60 in cash, without any changes given.
After stepping into the room, the old broken facility made me upset again. In one word, it’s an awful experience which spoiled the first day of my family trip.

L'hôtel de l'extérieur est super joli mais nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir d'y séjourner malgré notre réservation puisqu'à notre arrivée, il n'y avait pas de chambre disponible. Déception de ne pouvoir être dans cet hôtel. Accueil plutôt froid au milieu de la nuit. Nous avons été transféré vers un autre hôtel moins joli et avons du payer un supplément. Par contre le transfert à été pris en charge. Nous sommes arrivés à 3h du matin mais le temps de rejoindre le second hôtel, de faire les papiers, nous avons rejoint nos lits à 6h du matin... Donc experience pas top. Cependant personnel agréable et plus empathique sur le second hotel Eurostars.

Very disappointing. Arrived to be told €50 (2 nights @ €25pp) for providing service. It was not mentioned at time of booking, but was highly in an email sent two hours before my arrival. I was flying in at that time!
€100 deposit in CASH only, despite it saying credit cards accepted on the booking.
Room was unlike pics, towels had holes, no toilet paper, soap or shampoo. I woke to find my bathroom flooded - even though I had only brushed my teeth the night before.
There was no lift, whilst the breakfast room remained in darkness.
Check out was by 8.00am or €35 per hour surcharge.
The hotel was cheap, but that does not excuse poor standards or attempts to rip people off.
One saving grace was the guy in reception (wore glasses), who I saw twice. He was more understanding and appeared sympathetic.

Arrivés aux alentours de minuit avec un taxi envoyé par l'hôtel à l'aéroport, ayant réservé depuis Février, et recevant un message de leur part disant qu'ils attendaient notre arrivée, : pas de chambre disponible!! Nous avons passé la nuit sur des chaises et banquettes, même pas un verre d'eau de proposé, pas un mot de la part du personnel en service!! De plus, hôtel sale. Une personne a eu le même souci en ayant réservé et payé sa chambre, obligée d'aller chercher seule, une chambre à 4 h de matin!!!!!

First under no circumstances were we told that we had to pay €150 on arrival for services and taxes.
Second the first room that we checked into was stinking of cigarettes smoke, the lights not all worked, in the bathroom the shower door was broken and only had on door on it, water water would run out like a tap.
We asked for a change of room and the reception offered the next room, on arrival the water heater was dripping water from both sides, one side onto the floor resulting in a puddle, the other side was dripping Into the hair dryer ( which we only noticed the next morning), the shower also didn’t work properly.
As a result we asked to move again which the reception said there was no other rooms and that MAYBE in the morning there might be a chance as they were full.
As the hotel seemed to be empty we decide to forget the trouble of talking again with reception as communication in English was very difficult as no one really seemed to speak English, as decided to check out that morning. No refund of car parking which I paid extra as a result of having to be crazy to drive in the city (seem at least eight crashes in 1 1/2 days) parking was only a space behind the building.
All together can’t possibly rate this hotel as zero is not low enough.
Don’t get me wrong, Albania is a beautiful and exciting country.

Dette er et hotell jeg vil anbefalles å holde seg langt unna, bruk noen ekstra kroner på annet hotell, reiste natt fra 5 og da vi ankommer har hotellet avbestillt vårt opphold på to rom over to dager, de hadde ledige rom men vi fikk ikke bestille disse, vår reservasjon for to rom uken etter ble bekreftet og ville være i orden når vi kom tilbake, når vi kom tilbake hadde vi en pris på 45 euro, når vi sjekket inn måtte vi betale 25 euro i tillegg per person for oss ble det totalt 145 euro, greit nok, når vi kom opp var det ene rommet med lekkasje fra varmtvannstank som lakk ned på elektrisk montert hårføner samt det rant fra dusjhode, ga beskjed, ingenting ble gjort, på det andre rommet var det ikke vann i dusjen og det var dårlig renhold, da vi kom så vi søppeldunk ute var overfyldt, når vi returnerer 1 uke senere er den forsatt ikke tømt, manglet pærer, brannvarsler, frokost uten kaffe og det var dårlig utvalg, eneste som var rent var sengetøyet og håndklær som vi aldri fikk brukt

We booked a large family room that claimed to sleep 6, have 2 bathrooms, and at least 1 large bed and 2 smaller beds. When checking in, the concierge seemed extremely unhappy to be helping us. There was some confusion over the 12000 LEK cash deposit that was required. He sent us to our room, which was a tiny room with 1 bed. Not what we had asked for. We showed our confirmation number and what we had paid for. He sent us to another room after having to charge his phone for a bit. This was a larger room with still 1 bed and now an odd shaped couch. The air conditioning wasn’t working either. We called the property manager and were told they’d call us back. One of the men who worked there came to tell us he has another room. We told him the A/C wasn’t working and he said “yeah”. He then gave us another small room with 1 large bed and 1 small bed. Still not what we asked for but we needed a place to stay so we took it. The shower didn’t have a wall or curtain and there was simply a tiny, broken ledge. Water went everywhere. The door to the balcony had a large piece of broken glass missing on the outside. The man who gave us the room said “yes, but it’s on the outside”. Very unprofessional, with bad service, and no help whatsoever. It seemed like pulling teeth to even ask a question.

I would not stay here again if you paid me to. First of all, I was told that my original booking here had been changed because they were fully booked, despite reserving and paying for my room over 2 months ago. I didn't find out about this until I was in the taxi they had booked to pick me up at the airport and the driver told me. The driver advised that the new hotel was close by, but when we arrived I discovered it was actually a 35 minute walk away from where I originally wanted to stay. They then had the nerve to try and charge me an extra €75!!!! I believe they were trying to rip me off because it was a late (midnight) check in and they thought inhad no other option but thankfully I did.

This place is run by a group of what can only be described as “scamsters” as they will try to take your money at every opportunity. Booked a triple room to stay with family. Allocated room had a broken shower so was given a temporary small room which also had a broken lock. The lock was the only thing they fixed.
Had to stay with family in the smaller room for 5 days and they wouldn’t even refund the difference in room price. Not so much as a courtesy of apology. Also, come to find out later that they are massively overcharging customers for city tax. Govt prescribed rate per ******* is 1.22 Euros per person per night. They charge 8 Euros per person per night. So what should have been ~18 Euros for us was instead 120 Euros. Checked in around midnight so we paid it initially to check in. When asked, they say we “fix the city tax and hey, you agreed and paid”
Jaw dropped when they said that. All crooks and fraudsters. Avoid this place at all costs.
Also, they advertise that this place has a pool but it’s at a different venue! Breakfast is very poor. Surprised as to how they are even in business.
Over our time here, came across at least 7 angry staying residents fighting for something or the other at the reception.
Location is the only plus to this place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Will save you money and won’t ruin your holiday
