Staff, wonderful and helpful. Meals were outstanding! Delish!
Parking was very scant for the guest volume ... got blocked in. Had to disturb other guest in order to leave. Wi-Fi was too weak to access in the room. Had to sit in hallway to use it.

It’s a small nice hotel with a very friendly staff.
Clean, rooms are big enough, but walls are thin.
There are just 6 parking slots on-site with a possibility to park on the street near the hotel for free.

We were there in the off season (Nov) so hard to compare. Mostly everything was closed in the town or not convenient. It was a very small room but clean. Staff was ok except on checkin, an older gentleman checked us in and he was not friendly at all but only saw him once in two days. Price was right and room was comfortable, so it worked for us, as our main reason for going here was to visit PISA and that was fabulous. Had a great time there!

We stayed from 8 to 11 August, clean and well-kept hotel. The owners a fantastic family, very kind and very courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent, even for our daughter with celiac disease and a wide choice. We highly recommend for your vacation.

Why 5punti? Because to be a 3-star hotel it is really well cared for, as you can already see from the photos that for once are real, the staff (family-run) is always available and kind, prepared and courteous. The rooms are simple but equipped with everything and above all spotless. Indoor parking and beautiful garden. There are also tables outside where it is pleasant to have breakfast. For sure for my next vacation in Tirrenia I will return to this hotel. Very honest price

Family-run hotel, with small rooms but most of them have a furnished balcony. Two-storey building, but without a lift. Private parking for no more than eight cars. Staff courteous and helpful. Siamo capitati in questo albergo per caso, in seguito ad una terribile esperienza in un appartamento a Pisa. Avevamo bisogno di attenzioni e di sentirci a casa, qui siamo riusciti a trovarle. Lo staff è stato semplicemente spettacolare, a partire dal gestore, persona cordiale e super accogliente, che ha stretto amicizia con il mio bimbo di 6 anni che non vede l'ora di ritornare in vacanza, finendo con le ragazze della reception e del bar sempre sorridenti e gentili. Tutto è andato a meraviglia, la pulizia top, la prima colazione ottima ma, come detto in precedenza, il punto forte è il clima familiare e lo staff. Se volete sentirvi a casa ed essere super coccolati, questo è il posto giusto per voi!!
