This hotel is on a main road about 15 minutes drive from Tivoli and a short drive from Villa Adriana. A large featureless hotel with basic rooms and not particularly helpful or friendly staff. The "family" rooms - full of beds and not much else - look out over a slightly derelict landscape. Bathrooms are clean but basic. A case of you get what you pay for.

The premises are conveniently located on the main road between the Motorway and Tivoli which is about 5 km far from the hotel. A Parking lot is available. Rooms are large enough but pretty essential. Perhaps some painting or new furnitures would be appreciated. The staff is friendly

Dovevamo soggiornare a giugno 2024, prenotazione effettuata 4 mesi prima del pernotto. A una settimana dalla partenza mi rifiutano la prenotazione, chiamo quindi in struttura per capire come mai. Mi risponde una donna che cn tono estremamente sgradevole mi dice "ci sono stati problemi in struttura", al che al mio invito a non prendermi in giro mi dice "vabeh, sono scelte aziendali, non so che dirle". Quindi occhio, perché se prenotate le loro offerte con cancellazione gratuita entro una certa data state pur certi che daranno via la vostra camera a qualcuno che paga subito e vi lasceranno senza un pernotto, senza darvi assistenza alcuna. Pessimi.

Hotel molto bello. Personale molto gentile. Camere perfette..pulite, materassi comodi (che non è da sottovalutare). Con un gruppo di 56 persone in gita a Tivoli, abbiamo passato sabato e domenica. E tutti sono rimasti soddisfatti del servizio e del posto. Quindi io lo consiglio sicuramente

Purtroppo solo poche camere ricondizionate. La maggior parte sono datate e rumorose. Il sonno viene spesso interrotto da chi osssa nel corridoio o chi vede la tv o è in bagno nella camera vicina. È come andare a letto con il vicino.
