I had a great experience at Waldhaus with my family. The moment we came I felt like a princess. The food and wine was good. Also, the gym and spa where perfectly arranged facilities and all so cleans. Besides, the staff was extremely kind and interested in you.

Wie wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und durften eine wunderschöne und erholsame Zeit auf dem Notschrei verbringen, zusammen mit Familie und Freunden. Auch unsere Hunde durften mit. Während dieser Zeit durften wir die ausgezeichnete Küche und Schwarzwälder Kirschtotte geniessen. Wir kommen wieder

Wir waren nicht im Hotel, sondern im Restaurant. Leider sehr enttäuschend. Wir wurden an einem ovalen Tisch platziert, an dem 6 Personen nebeneinander saßen und 2 ihnen gegenüber. Nach 30 min keine Aufnahme der Bestellung. Dann kam die Vorspeise vor dem Wasser. Die Forelle mit trockenem Reis und kaum Gemüse, die Nudeln übergart, das Bier abgestanden. Völlig überteuert. Chaotischer Service. Schade.

Hôtel remarquable tant par son emplacement au pied des pistes de ski, que la qualité de l'accueil et de ses services. Le spa est superbe avec une vue imprenable sur les pistes de ski et la forêt noire. La formule demie-pension est très intéressante ! Les plats sont variés, originaux et très fin. Bravo au chef! Les chambres sont très confortables, jolies et fonctionnelles (petit bémol, il manque quelques emplacements pour faire sécher les peignoirs et les affaires de ski mouillés - peut être car nous étions 4). Nous avons passé un séjour en famille merveilleux pendant le réveillon du nouvel an. Les enfants ont pu bénéficier de nombreuses activités offertes par l'hôtel (luges, billard, ping pong, piscine). Bref nous conseillons cet hôtel fois 1000! Bravo à toute l'équipe.

Sauberes und gemütliches Hotel in guter Erreichbarkeit und inmitten der Natur. Durch das sehr freundliche und professionelle Personal haben wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Begeistert waren wir von dem umfangreiche Wander- und Programmangebot. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind zahlreich vorhanden. Auch Garagen für Motorräder werden gegen Gebühr angeboten. Die Zimmer waren modern, gemütlich und sehr sauber. Faire Preise für die Produkte der Minibar. Das Angebot des Abendmenüs lies keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich, wie toll die Küche auf Allergien und vegane Gerichte eingestellt ist. Auch das Frühstücksbüffet bietet zahlreiche gesunde, vegane und allergikerfeundliche Optionen. Der Fitnessraum ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Am Abend kann man auf der schönen Terrasse verweilen oder sich die Zeit mit Tischtennis oder Billard vertreiben. Der Wellnessbereich ist ebenso modern und gemütlich und lädt zum entspannen ein. Wir können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.
