Fantastic hotel in a great location right off the Ginza metro line. Great restaurant and the bar has an amazing view of the city lights in the evening and of mt Fuji in the day. The service from check in to departure was top notch. Everyone that works at the hotel is friendly and super helpful. One of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had.

第一次住東京MO，沒對比就沒有傷害，比此行另一家很多細節高出一籌。當然價格也相對高一些。疫情後日本酒店價格真的高哇
位置很好，最愛三越前這一塊，有種老錢的氣質，周圍室町、三越、高島屋以及東京站和再遠點的丸之內都是我愛逛的商圈
酒店地下直通地鐵，不用出地下就有便利店、三四家餐廳還有吸煙室
服務也不錯，行李生是印度小哥，大高個手腳麻利。前台本國人和老外都有，客房整理基本就是前腳出門回來就弄好了，夜床也很早
入住第一天水果很拉胯，火龍果白水一樣的味道。第三天的柿子很棒，脆柿
有個疑問，前台不知道為什麼不能刷銀聯？我單幣visa在行李裏面不好拿，因為在日本基本就用另一張單幣銀聯，酒店説不能用，我網上付過房費了，前台説沒有額外消費算了不用刷了，我表示可以給現金，對方説不用😂
還有兩個不是很滿意，第一，房型原因還是什麼，給我三十樓，最矮的客房，窗外有個平台，富士山是能看見但是也不爽。第二，酒店淋浴間開放的沒簾子沒門，水會濺出來，有點不適應
總體還可以吧，下次去應該還會選MO，酒店打車去羽田八千多日元

連住四晚雖然發生了點小插曲，但可以原諒，文華東方的服務一如既往的好，入住期間在電梯裏遇見拜仁球星，房間看晴空樹風景無敵，去皇居跑步也能方便，跑步回來服務人員遞上毛巾和冰水，被感動了！

10.3開始預訂了三天，提前一天退房付了三晚房費都結清了走的。今天10.14號信用卡突然被扣款32200日元，聯繫了説喝了一瓶香檳開始説6號，五號中午我就走了，四號還打了鼻炎針不能喝酒。酒店核實一遍又説是5號，我打針了根本不可能喝酒，而且也確實沒有喝過他們酒，突然扣我信用卡預授權，要麼是管理有問題，要麼就是黑店。我自己推測最大可能是六號我提前退掉的房間給別人住了住的人消費了，説七號聯繫我沒回復，估計發的郵件誰會看，突然扣我的卡真是無語了，我平常喝一瓶水退房裡都要主動結賬的人。
