Breakfast used to be free, but it has recently become paid, which is a shame. The staff were nice. The view wasn't very good.

The room is big and clean. The bed is comfortable and bigger also. Important is the available charging stations which is enough and just besides your bed. Its not too far from Gotanda stn, just a 3min walk

Most of the hotel staff didn't speak English. I asked the female staff member who checked me in not to have a back room. It took more than 20 minutes to check in. Finally, I had to rely on a kindhearted Japanese translator to understand. During this time, she took out a translator. But the language translated by the machine was all wrong. I spoke English, Mandarin, and Cantonese many times and her translator couldn't translate it. What is commendable is that the next day another female front desk employee who was supposed to be a higher-level position kept watch. I reported to her the security issues I encountered during my stay (because the hotel is relatively quiet at night and there is a custom place on another street a little further away. ), she responded to me very patiently and seriously, and she was also very polite to non-locals.

The transportation is convenient, with Yamanote Line and Toei Subway, close to Meguro River, quiet in the bustle, room service number

The staff are kind and the rooms are clean.

Great place for a night. Be aware that the room is very small compared to US standards. We knew and were fine with. Very clean and friendly staff.
