Nice hotel. Near to Ueno Station. Good hospitality. Will come back again to stay here.

The room is ok. We booked corner room with a little bit bigger space. The location is quite good and quiet. It's quite a long walk to Keisei skyliner. There is only 1 elevator so we have to wait quite long. Maid service is not available during our stay. We have to put the garbage and the bath towels to the 2nd floor before check out.

Good in services and facilities. It is very convenient for taking JR, trams and also skyliner.

I arrived past 10pm and the staff sent an email reminder to call if I don’t see anyone. Two staff were present to help with smooth check-in. A very cozy and clean room. Tip for light sleepers: the hotel faces the highway (by the road), so it can be noisy through the night.

Ueno Station is very big, and you have to go to the "Iriyaguchi". It is not close to the station. The hotel does not have a formal lobby. It is an economy hotel, similar to an inn. The supplies are also average, self-service, and the service is not enthusiastic. These are secondary. The main ones are: 1. The room is nearly 1,000 yuan a night, very small, and the medium-sized suitcase cannot be opened directly. The luggage rack that was finally found cannot be used because if the luggage is opened to put the luggage, people cannot pass through. 2. It is close to the elevated road. As some friends commented, the sound of passing vehicles at night is very noisy. It seems that the doors and windows are still reluctant to invest in renewal. I have traveled to and from Japan countless times, and I don’t remember how many hotels I stayed in. This one is also a deep memory for me. Self-service, small, expensive, and noisy.
