Small hotel but all is good accept the room is a little bit small for the price I paid during the trip. Breakfast was sent to room but it wasn't that great. There's free flow snacks and pastries and beverages at the reception. Staffs were nice and can speak proper English and/or Mandarin.

Safe place, Good location in Ginza, Closing the convenient store, Clean

Good hotel in a secluded area between Ginza and Shinbashi. The premier room is spacious weel kept. comfy beds and pillows. Room has space for big bags and a good working table, a smal side table also with 2 chairs. The bathroom is big enough with a bath tub and a rain shower, good water pressure on water. The face wash sink is outside the bathroom and has all amenities with a powerful Dyson hairdryer. The toilet is apart . The room has a kettle and tea with a coffee machine as well as a closet. The lobby area has a snack area where you can get pastries and snacks as well as some drinks. Restaurants , you may need to walk for 5-10 min but nothing too far.

The staff is very friendly and location is great.

Location is very close to Ginza area which most of the famous restaurants located, shopping is also convenient. Room is clean with modern equipment in toilet

the location is superb, well designed room with quality amenities free coffee and tea capsules in the room, and they also provide wine for free in the hotel lounge

Really helpful staff, and clean and new facilities. Conveniently located and super value good for money. I didn't take the breakfast but my family said the hot soup that came with the breakfast was very nice.

Good service and ambience

Youth hostel version of express hotel! Whoever sleeps there knows! The sky is the cover, the ground is the mat, and there is a Ferrari next to it! The bed is close to the two main lanes! (Pictures are for evidence, taken from the room window) The staff got off work on time at 10 o'clock in the evening. I wanted to call the front desk to ask for earplugs, but I couldn't get through at all! The roar was right in front of my face, enjoying the life of speeding. At two o'clock in the middle of the night, staring at each other, tears were speechless, and I couldn't sleep at all. Discrimination against Chinese tourists, arranging parallel lanes on the lowest floor of the hotel (please see the picture), telling the hotel that it was too noisy and there was no way to sleep and wanted to change rooms, the hotel brother said sorry, no, and gave us the final notice in an arrogant tone, no room, only suites, 8,000 a night, sleep or not. No respect, arrogant attitude, disdainful words. Ctrip actively communicated, and the hotel was passive. Finally, the Ctrip staff told us that this hotel really has a bad attitude and they have no way to communicate. Thousands of horses, really don't come anyway. PS: Don't go to the Don Quijote next to the hotel. They don't inform you of the discounts, the prices are expensive, and the attitude is bad. It is no longer the Don Quijote of the past...

I really recommend this hotel. The location is great. It's just 5 minutes away from Ginza 6 and 3 minutes from Shimbashi Station. It's right next to Don Quixote. It's convenient for shopping, eating, and going anywhere. The hotel provides free snacks and drinks 24 hours a day! I will definitely stay here next time I go to Tokyo.

Will stay at this hotel for the second time. Living in Xinqiao is really convenient and a transportation hub. When you go to Ginza, you only need to walk 300 meters to start shopping. There are also snacks on the second floor of the hotel, which are very good

There are Chinese people at the front desk, which makes communication easy. It's very convenient to go around Ginza. There are free fresh drinks, bread, and hot water at the bar, which is very good. It’s especially friendly for people like me who can’t find a place to eat and who come in late at night! Convenient, taxi drivers are easy to find I will choose it again next time I come!

The location of the hotel is very convenient and the service is very good. Breakfast is delivered to the table, which is very convenient for people like me who don't like buffets. Normal breakfast is only served at 7 o'clock, but on the last day I had to leave early and it was given to me at 5:30. Meals were delivered to the room, and the service was really considerate.
