we love the location so much, so easy access to metro hibiya line, walk distance to tokyo station, 3 convenience store Lawson, 7-11, Family mart close to the apartment. friendly and helpful staff. we are looking forward to another visit to Mimaru group

A great place to stay with a baby. The 4 beds are very comfortable. I will stay here again next time I come to Tokyo. The two nearby stations, Hatchobori and Kayabacho, are 3-4 minutes' walk each. The most convenient one is the Hibiya Line, which is 3 stations to Ginza. , which is six or seven kilometers away from Omotesando and requires a transfer. But there are a lot of restaurants downstairs in the hotel, such as Yakiniku, Yoshinoya, ramen shop, and convenience store, which is quite convenient. The only bad thing is that the room will be cleaned only once every 4 days, and disposable supplies are not provided. It is recommended to bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers. Overall, it's great to live in such a clean, comfortable and spacious apartment in Tokyo.

It's not too far to walk to Tokyo Station, which is convenient for traveling from Tokyo Station. This brand of hotel looks the same in all places, which is family-friendly.

The size of the room is suitable. There are kitchen facilities in the room, which is suitable for bringing children. You can have hot milk and bread for breakfast, or you can cook yourself. Sanitary cleaning is different from that of a hotel. You only collect garbage every day and change the order every 4 days. Cleaning the bathroom and bathtub needs to be charged separately. The hotel has Chinese service. The front desk service is very good. There is an old man on duty at night. You can ask for slippers. The location is okay, not far from Ginza and Disney. You will find many similar hotels nearby. There is one drawback, there are traces of dirt on the inner core of the quilt.

It’s our second time staying at Mimaru Hatchobori (third time staying with Mimaru group). The experience never disappoints. The front desk team along with the housekeeping team are all excellent. They make you feel right at home and the front desk personnel are ever so helpful - they helped me to googled the nearest laundry service at closed to 11pm in the evening! Don’t worry - the neighbourhood is a super safe one! The location is superb as it is walking distance to Tokyo station (albeit crossing a number of roads but there are underground paths from a certain point onwards), if you turn right, you are some 20 mins walking distance to Ginza and the same timing to head towards Marunouchi (if you turn left). Mimaru Hatchobori is also close to several subway lines that can take you to places like Naka-Meguro and even Odaiba in a mere 30 plus minutes (not the scenic route). Tsukiji is just 2 stops away from Kabayacho station (closer than Hatchobori).Will highly recommend Mimaru Hatchobori to travellers looking for a different stay experience. It truly is a little home away from home!

The space is large and suitable for a family of four.

Kato-san was very helpful to help us fill up the form for Yamato luggage delivery. Generally, it is a very convenient location which us also quiet and nice.

Like the location, about 5 mins to Hatchobori Station. Very convenient to travel to Disney, Ginza, Tokyo Station, Tsukili, Asakusa. Quiet area which suits us well. Few convenience stores and family restaurants all within walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Speaks English. Rooms are generally clean, well maintained and spacious. Will definitely choose to stay here again for our next trip.

Good size for family of 4. Very clean and there’s a laundry room for washing n drying. It’s near to the train station too.

Staff are all super friendly and always ready to help. Hatchobori station is just 5 min walk away. Room is very spacious considering the location and laundromat is also available in this hotel. Love it!

The hotel is suitable for family. Staff were very helpful. The location was perfect as it was close to subways and JR. Walking distance to shopping and it was quiet at night. Just one thing is that the sheets had stains on it. Other than that everything was perfect. I highly recommend this property and will go back again.
