Good quiet location away from the super busy Tokyo Stn which is a 10 minutes walk.
Staff are friendly and the hotel has a nice lounge for resting and some coffee & biscuit snacks.
Only letdown is the weak and slow internet connection in the room... hope they can improve on it.
Overall, it has been a very good and pleasant stay for us... Will come back again.

Hotel is easily assesible to different cities n parts of japan. Tokyo Station was under 10minutes walk away. Kyobashi n Yaechiku subway were within walking distance. Free array of toiletries n refreshments. Hotel room is spacious n comfortable. Helpful , cheerful service staff

Hotel room was spacious with 2 double beds, a mini couch settee. Toilet was small but comfortable and rooms were cleaned daily. Lobby lounge has complimentary coffees and teas and biscoff biscuits daily from 3pm to 10pm. As usual, japanese hospitality is toptier and location is near Kyobashi station, a comfortable walk underground to Tokyo station.

I was assigned a runway-facing room, which was a bit odd, being L-shaped. The location is very convenient; you can walk to both Ginza and Tokyo Station. However, it's a bit pricey.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Walking from the hotel for about 5-7mins will lead to an office building with an underground corridor to the shopping area of the Tokyo Station. In addition, about 7-8 mins walk can reach the underground Metro subway, Kyobashi Station.
Overall the hotel room is clean and tidy. There are complimentary snacks and drinks such as coffee on Level 2 of the lobby.

We continued our stay here as it was convenient to go to Tokyo station for the Shinkansen the many subway lines. They don’t provided even an hour of complimentary late check out but you can store your luggage for free.

Location is very close to Tokyo station and very convenient walk to Ginza and also shopping mall around station. Overall service is good except facilities inside and breakfast time is very busy, need to queue for 20-30mins during peak hours

The room was very clean, and the kids were thrilled to each have their own bed! The subway station is very close, and the hotel is ideally located between Asakusa Temple and Shibuya, making travel to both areas equally convenient. Ginza is within walking distance. For trips to Osaka, Tokyo Station (for the Shinkansen) is just about a 10-minute walk, which is incredibly handy. Plus, there's a Pokemon Center about 10 minutes away on foot.

I booked this room during the 11.11 sale, paying 1100 per night near Ginza. Overall, my experience was pretty good. I arrived a bit early, but my room was ready, so they let me check in ahead of schedule. The room size is quite suitable for a single traveler. The closest subway station is Kyobashi, and there's a coffee shop right downstairs, so breakfast isn't an issue at all.
