Ginza Capital Hotel Akane Reviews

The hotel is located within a short walk from metro station Tsukiji exit 3A (stairs only) and exit 3B (elevator). It has a posh feel due to the use of carpet in the lobby and corridors. Front desk staff can speak English and service is efficient and professional. Room is small but comfortable. Pyjamas, bedroom slippers and toiletries are provided.

It was 3 minutes from Tsukiji Station and 10 to 15 minutes from other stations. It was nice that it was close to Ginza and the area. There is a convenience store next to the first floor, but the check-out time is too early at 10 o'clock...

I couldn't sleep because of the loud voices of a group of foreign guests from early in the morning. I thought it was just voices coming from outside, but it was loud conversations and laughter from the room and hallway. I wish they would be a little more considerate while staying there. I thought about calling the front desk, but decided not to.

The hotel is conveniently located near Shintomicho Station on the Yurakucho subway line. The room is small, but simple and has everything you need.

The location was convenient and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from, including sushi! Tsukiji Tamazushi's seafood gratin was the best! Tatsumi Sushi was also the best.

It was fine if you came home late at night and left early in the morning, but overall it was good. There were only old-fashioned teacups for hot drinks, but I think it would have been better if they had something like a mug. I wanted coffee as well as sencha tea bags.

Ginza Capital Akane was a great value-for-money accommodation. It is a little dated, the pillows are a little firmer than I'd like, and the airconditioning/heating doesn't work particularly well, but these were minor inconveniences. The hotel was clean, and the breakfasts were more than decent. It is also walking distance from the nearest station and a number of convenience stores.

The hotel's facilities are a bit dilapidated, but the location is convenient, close to Tsukiji Market and the subway station. The room uses central air conditioning, which emits hot air when the weather is cold. This is a bit uncomfortable. You have to open the window to sleep at night. I hope it can be improved.
