JAL CITY HOTEL TOKYO TOYOSU is a modern and comfortable hotel located in the Toyosu area of Tokyo. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The hotel's location is convenient for exploring Tokyo, with easy access to public transportation. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers a good range of facilities, including a restaurant and fitness center. Overall, it is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Hotel unfortunately is a 3.5* at best. Reasons: 1) previous half drunk water bottle in refrigerator, 2) water remaining in tea pot, and 3) hairs remaining in bathroom shower. What truly lowers the value is the daily rate to use the gym. Rather than a place for a quick workout management has decided to offer the pool and gym as a ”spa” facility for a cost of $42.00 per visit with no discount for multiple days. As a business transfer whose time was limited it is simply ridiculous to justify the expense for an hour workout that costs half the daily rate of a hotel room here. Creating a profit center for the hotel may be a good business decision but it is terrible service for a guest. In addition, the concierge was absolutely no help in assisting me with a cosmetic that I had forgotten and the lobby is at least 85F. Not comfortable small bed as well and would not recommend a stay here.

The hotel was convenient for commute through bus (Bus with #s 10 and 16 stop right outside the hotel) and then train - this we later on learned after a number of trial and error. We initially did train only and walked more going to the stations. It’s also across a mall (they have good food also) which is already mentioned a couple of times (connected through a walkway) and beside it is a good size 711. The only thing is the room that we had was on the small side. We couldn’t fully open our luggages because we will literally walked on them. For the duration of our stay, we had breakfast there. It was the same everyday which we didn’t mind because the selection was good and everything was yummy. The pillows are too thin for my liking but negligible for me. The bed and linens are of good quality. Therefore, the experience was still pleasant.

I live in a foreign country and stayed for 2 nights to stay in Tokyo on my temporary return. I booked a Japanese-Western style room where couples and children 2 people 4 can stay together. It was a hotel with almost 100 points for our needs. Close to Tokyo Station and in front of Shiomi Station. Even if you roll a large suitcase from Narita Airport or Tokyo Station, it's quite a bit. The Japanese-Western style rooms are large enough, and the design and interior of the rooms are modern. It is also considered to charge 4 smartphones and digital devices. It's nice to be able to choose the amenities yourself. My wife and girls looked very happy. There is a convenience store in the hotel, and there are supermarkets, taverns and restaurants nearby, so there is no problem. Breakfast was nothing special, but it was enough.

Very convenient location. Room was very snug. Barely fit a Queen size bed with minimum walking space. Hotel feels older, but had just the right modern amenities that made the stay more easier. Staff went above and beyond to help us out when we had issues. Would recommend for last minute travelers on a budget.
