酒店樓層高，視野開闊，一望無際，可以直接看到花月會夜景，感覺良好。負一樓有停車場，停車後乘電梯可直達前台和客房。早餐菜品味道不錯，自助早餐，特別注重了粥等飯食的保温，這一點很值得肯定。從前台到客房、從管理人員到餐廳大姐，各個崗位人員均禮貌周到，待人熱情。
