酒店設備設施較齊全，床褥枕頭乾淨舒適，衞生間乾濕分離，酒店還很貼心地提供了一次性的馬桶墊，酒店硬件還是不錯的，就是前台的工作人員服務態度不敢恭維，沒有作為服務行業工作人員的自覺，對客人的態度冷漠，服務水平還是有待提高的。

前台接待很認真，各種碼看了一遍才辦理入住，看帶着孩子給升級江景房，房間不錯，夜景也很漂亮，房間2瓶水喝完再要是花錢的，大家注意昂，服務員不給你送的。位置不錯，早餐外面吃的雞蛋餅，孩子愛吃。

雖然前台給升級了房間，但也阻止不了我給差評。酒店名字看上去很高大上，但實際連最基本的熱水都沒法保證，花酒開半小時出來還是比冷水温一點的水温，這可是東北零下5°，關鍵是房間的供暖設備形同虛設，一點熱度沒有，半夜凍醒，開空調，可空調似乎主機也關了，一點熱氣沒有，從貼的空調板貼紙應該能看出來，更神奇的是衞生間還堵上了，還有更受不了的是衞生間異味嚴重，洗臉盆也裂了

過年回家住的酒店，位置和環境都還可以，就是洗手間總是反味，其他的都可以接受，洗澡的話也很方便，熱水24小時基本都有
