Conrad Hangzhou Tonglu

I took my mom and three girls for three days and two nights. The villa has a swimming pool, and the balcony and room are super large! The view from the balcony is also super good. The weather was super good on the second day of check-in, and I had a lot of fun playing with the dogs on the outdoor lawn of the hotel! This time was the happiest time for them among all the times I took the dogs out for a trip. I recommend this place with five stars! The food in the restaurant is also delicious. I will visit it again next time I take the dogs out. PS: The housekeeper Winnie provided very good service, which was great. Thank you! A happy little vacation.

I received a call the day before arriving at the store, asking if there were any specific requirements for the room, and the license plate registration was done. It was already 11 o'clock in the evening when I arrived at the store. The bathroom was very clean, the balcony was very spacious, and the scenery was beautiful! There was handmade beef ramen made on site for breakfast, which was delicious! Moreover, the waiters were very energetic and had beautiful smiles. After eating, they immediately came back to take away the empty plates, which brightened the mood for the whole day! The dinner and lunch were also delicious, I didn't expect it to be so delicious! On the day of check-out, there was also the enthusiastic service of Mr. Jimmy at the front desk, who prepared a courtesy car for us to pick up the car in the outdoor parking lot! Because I was particularly satisfied with the hotel for two days in Tonglu, the whole travel experience was very good. This was my second visit to Conrad Tonglu. Overall, I was quite satisfied. Vivian at the front desk provided very good service. However, there were not many activities in the hotel. When it rained, there was not much for children to play.

The environment of the hotel is really good, and the service is also very good. Thanks to Vivian for her warm service during the stay. She answered all my questions and responded to all my requests! The children had a lot of fun and the food was great. I will come again next time
