Very comfortable room, good security and innovative food delivery. WiFi was patchy but service was warm and friendly. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

前台人員輔助我們在自助機上辦理入住，非常方便快捷，中秋節也免費幫我們升級了房型。入住後，客服會來電主動詢問房間是否有問題，一開始覺得沒啥，晚上睡覺才發覺空調聲音有些吵，也沒去反映。酒店早餐性價比高，品種豐富味道也不錯，連着吃了兩天也沒厭。總之，這個酒店還不錯！

酒店房間外觀是現代質感的建築，簡潔典雅，酒店位置位於桐廬中心地段，外出購物非常的方便，酒店的大堂設施設備裝修豪華，進去以後給客人的視野非常開闊。同時服務員也很熱情幾乎對於客人的要求是有求必應，是一個值得推薦的酒店。酒店房間地方很寬闊清爽乾淨，設施設備齊全，同時熱水也比較大，洗澡的時候比較舒適，大約8點樣子，酒店大堂經理打電話到房間，自報家門，詢問入住體感，是否需要幫助或者問題反饋，隨口問了一下酒店是否配備健身房，被告知有的在六樓，隨後去六樓健身，但是不知道怎麼開啟跑步機，最後還是前台工作人員幫忙開啟的，前台服務無可挑剔，表示感謝。早餐雖用餐人數不多，菜品中西式結合，比較全面，好評了。 尚需改進：房間空調異響，按牆上指示調整為低速，還是有些許噪音，問題不大。夏日炎炎，房間配備的2瓶免費礦泉水，個人感覺不太夠。這酒店讓在外的人，感受到了歸家的感覺，這裡有住家的可口菜餚，這裡有温馨如家的環境，還有那周到齊全的全天候服務。如果有機會，我還會來這裏，小事會影響客人的感受，整體評價；划算，超值，酒店經營理念優秀 。

攜程上訂房很方便，這次還用了攜程的拿去花，入住無需按金和任何費用，離店後再扣款，十分便利。訂的親子房，原來寫的是6-7樓的，前台給了10樓的家庭房，樓層高些視野更好，而且離下面的空調主機更遠。房間是一個1.8米大床和一個1.2米小床，衞生間有淋浴和浴缸，有兩個洗手盆，馬桶和淋浴有兩個玻璃隔間分開。早餐不算很豐富，但也算符合這個標準酒店的常規，有現煮的麪條，餛飩，麪疙瘩，有咖啡，牛奶，橙汁，水果補充的還算及時，第一天入住是工作日，人比較少，服務員還主動詢問是否要咖啡或紅茶，這點贊一個。每天外出開車前需要到前台掃一個二維碼，注意要分清是停地面還是地下，碼是分兩個的。酒店附近餐飲還是蠻多的，步行到江邊大概2公里多，第一天是農曆十五，還看到了大大的圓月。到大奇山真是很近，開車5分鐘就到了。
説點缺點：房間裏電視接觸不太好，第一天讓服務員調了下，線拔掉重新插，信號正常了，但後面幾天還是時不時出狀況，希望酒店徹底檢查下。還有就是酒店設施不是很多，沒有游泳池，衹有一個小小的健身房。

在桐廬還是相對可以的酒店！晚上還有粥品！
就是我網上買傘具，快遞到酒店大堂，等我去取，傘已經被人使用過了！問服務員也是回答不知道！對於外賣的管理還是有欠缺的！微信上也説了此事 ，沒有説什麼措施！還有酒店房間裏放捲筒廁紙的位置太低了，很容易碰地，建議更換一下，手機也沒有地方放！早餐中規中矩！還行！
