This stay was so disappointing, the apartment was nice with a view, but the trains that ran by every half hour were soo loud. The apartment was philthy, the dishes were dirty in cupboards , the sheets stunk like b.o, the laundry machine wouldn’t dry our clothes, which conformed the dirty sheets. This made us late to check out, where the cleaner was super aggressive and threatened to call police on us, the host msged us threatening to keep our deposit. Luckily the team at trip.com understood our situation and ensured that we would be receiving our full $300 deposit back! The bathroom was disturbing the tub was NOT clean and mildew was everywhere , I had to break out the tilex and rubbergloves just so we could shower. No we will not be staying with this company again. Right and the apartment was stuck on a staggering 86 degrees, the coolest it got was 82 with the door open the entire stay. We barely got any sleep because of this🥵😡🤬

Fortunately, I made this reservation through ******* as the stay is guaranteed or else, my business partner would have been left without any place to stay upon arrival in a fully booked up night in Toronto, despite I confirmed the day before that everything is OK with the renter. Upon arrival at the site, I had no clear indication for unit number. I had to contact the renter to learn there was no place for us to stay. It was a very stressful situation that had to be solved by ******* after many phone calls. The condo was not very clean, there was mold surrounding bathtub and several stains on the bedroom carpet, some looked like blood stains.

Apartment is dirty and overally worned. Apartment were sold as 4 bedroom Apartment but there was two bedroom, one broken bed in kitchen and one matress in closet. Balcony were full of broken furniture. Apartment needs cleaning, decoration and correct info about bedrooms etc. I cannot recommend the apartment to anyone in its current condition.

The unit was super clean and close to all things downtown Toronto. The owners had great communication. The parking was awesome, the views were beautiful.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS: As mentioned by previous guests, we had ALL of the hiccups experienced. From a broken pipe to fire alarm, to A/C not working (and the apartment being an inferno all day and night). I gave the property management company until Monday - March 11th to give me back my security deposit I still have not gotten it. ******* should really remove these guys from their website before they do some serious reputational damage. I will be reaching out the the Better Business Bureau today to report the scam/misinformation as well as ******* to try and get my security deposit back that they are withholding for no reason. If you are unlucky enough to book this place (I couldn't see the reviews until I booked), take pictures when you show up of EVERYTHING and again when you are getting ready to leave. Renter beware - they ask for a picture of your drivers license and credit card prior to confirming your booking as well.

Its a beautiful spot, but getting the keys wasnt clearly communicated, the showers didnt work properly, and it didnt seem as though it was cleaned well. Just a few minor details and I'd rate it higher next time

Easy to find, had a great time. Close to the theatre and restaurants. The only thing I would recommend if a map of the underground parking. We had a heck of a time finding P3.

Good communication and instructions, central location and spacious apartment with all the amenities we were looking for. Overall a great stay!
