"The hotel is in a very good location and the room is clean, but the computer in the room cannot connect to the Internet. After two days of treatment by multiple people, the problem has not been solved."

"The building is good, the room clean, and the amenities more than adequate. But the location isn't very convenient if you only use public transportation and your own two feet. If you have a car, however, it's perfect."

Fairmont Royal York Hotel
"The room was a bit small, but still big enough to open two large suitcases. The hotel is historic, and the bathroom facilities seem to have been renovated, so it doesn't feel run-down, though the water pressure was quite low. The bedding was comfortable. There's an ice machine on my floor, and a LCBO (liquor store) connected to the underground level on B1, which is great for those who enjoy a drink. Since it was our anniversary, the receptionist gave us a room with a view of the CN Tower, which was a nice touch, and the chocolates we received at check-in were also delicious. The hotel's B1 level connects directly to the CN Tower, so the location is absolutely unbeatable. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance."
The Parade 1
"We had an unpleasant experience with this accommodation. Firstly, they had provided us with an incorrect building address on the welcome email. It was in a subsequent email after contacting them that they provided the correct address (about 1-2 blocks away). I assume they have multiple suites in separate buildings. Secondly, it was previously stated that parking may be available, however, when discussing this (in two separate interactions) they said parking was NOT available with the unit. Yet, after contacting them for a different issue we were later told that parking was in fact available. But when accessing the parking, there was another vehicle in the stall. It took much time and effort to finally find an available and appropriate stall. As for the unit itself, it was clean. The suite unfortunately overlooked the train tracks. One of the blind’s operating mechanisms was broken so we were unable to close for privacy (or block out the train/street lights). The microwave turn- plate was not usable (plate from a different microwave so it did not latch), and there were no pillows or lacked appropriate bedding for the third bed (pull out couch). We notified them of these issues and they said they would fix them the following day, however no one showed up. There were also several large yellowed stains on the mattress. There was no mattress protectors being used. They offered a late checkout in light of issues however we did not need a late checkout so we asked for them to waive the parking fee for one night. But they did not. So overall we were very disappointed and would not recommend others book this accommodation."

"The breakfast was good and the service was also nice."
Homewood Suites by Hilton Toronto Airport Corporate Centre
"Very nice view from the hotel."
Courtyard Toronto Airport
"The room is big, but a bit old."
Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Centre
"This hotel has a very average service attitude. When I called, the operator told me there was no nighttime airport shuttle. The front desk told me they had 24-hour service, so I had to pay an extra 20 or 30 Canadian dollars for the taxi. Many foreigners do things without a sense of responsibility."
Delta Hotels by Marriott Toronto
"nice view"
Toronto Airport Marriott Hotel
"I've stayed at many Marriott hotels, mostly in the Katong area, so I have a pretty consistent comparison. Generally, staff with Indian accents tend to have subpar service attitudes, and the hygiene conditions are often poor. Several Marriotts I've stayed at were undergoing renovations, and the smell was unbearable. The newer the renovation, the more literally eye-watering it was."
Residence Inn Toronto Airport
"Very nice and clean hotel good service..."
Toronto Marriott City Centre Hotel
"As pros, the location is really perfect. It's right next to the CN tower and get to the Union station in around 10 minutes through sky walk. As cons, room cleaning may not be enough. We were staying in three people, but the amenities were only for two people during our stays (if we asked, it was coped)."
InterContinental Hotels TORONTO CENTRE by IHG
"Good service"
Hampton Inn by Hilton Toronto Airport Corporate Centre
"Cleanliness: Clean, hygienic, tidy and comfortable"
DoubleTree by Hilton Toronto Downtown
"Friendly, accommodating and helpful staff. Good menu variety. Hotel is very clean and well maintained."
Best Western Premier Toronto Airport Carlingview Hotel
"The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, just a 10-minute drive away. According to the staff, they offer a complimentary airport pick-up service, while drop-off costs 8 CAD per person. Guests can also enjoy watching planes take off and land from the hotel's rooftop."
