My issue is with one of the staff here, the staff during the day was really nice and friendly so I do not want to generalize.
Having said that the asian lady with glasses with the name Alona who works night is extremely rude, unprofessional, unfriendly and disrespectful. She unlike the staff during the day does not wear the nametag so we had to ask her name due to her behavior being so unprofessional.
We called after landing to request a shuttle and she did not give any directions and hung up on us, we called again and she gave incomplete instructions and hung up. I had to call a third time and she started acting unprofessional.
She left us confused but luckily a shuttle came Luckily and the driver was nice and helpful. When we got to hotel and asked her why she had such attitude she displayed even more unprofessionalism, micro aggression and tried to accuse us of being rude to her. Started saying she has proof too and has phone recording and she would ask the driver how long we had to wait, When we asked her name she seemed to calm down and tried to tell us that she is only one there and its busy but never bothered to say sorry.
We were tired then but I want to register a formal complaint so they can look into her behaviour, watch the recording and see for themselves that she is unprofessional as I am sure she does that with other people.
