Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown Reviews

Clean environment , friendly staff, comfortable bed and great room, location was ideal for exploring Toronto on foot. An exceptional choice which made our first stay in Toronto magical.

Location was great since its near the CN tower and the sea view.

I stayed for business. It appears you are walking distances to many different options. Your only a 20 minute walk to CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium. You’re right on the water. The hotel was clean.

Breakfast menu is limited, everything else was superb. Thanks to Shaddah and Anastasia at the front desk.

Staff was awesome, love Shaddah and Anastasia at the front desk.

Was my first time staying here and will stay here again when I go back to Toronto

It was very nice hotel to stay One thing I would say, I was struggled to find the entrance

Easy access to the Gardiner and walking distance to the subway and trains as well as sporting events. Staff were super friendly too!

We had booked 2 rooms and asked for them to be together, or at least on the same floor. This request was reiterated by calling the hotel the morning of our stay. Upon arrival, our room was not ready and also separate from our friends’, although we arrived well after check in time. In addition, soundproofing in the hotel is terrible. The guests in room next door partied all night and until we checked out. The continuous banging of their doors, along with loud music, woke us up several times overnight, so often, that we had to call the front desk. We had a terrible sleep!

No room service & phone didn’t have a list of numbers to call for the Front Desk.

Very nice hotel on the water. The only problem was that the heat in the hotel room did not work and considering it was 13F degrees outside the room was cold. Other than that I would probably stay there again. Value was very good however. Breakfast in the restaurant was plentiful and decent value for the money

Pretty pricy (everything is an extra fee), bathroom wasn’t very clean, very noisy… but the beds were very comfortable and staff was friendly.

Last minute decision to go to the Radisson. It was good and convenient. Staff were great.
