Buyers beware. This is a 0.5-star hotel. The bed is extremely small and a person can barely stretch their legs. There is AC in the room. It is neither warm or cold (just pure air). You cannot turn off the AC (I have asked the staff about this). The AC is loud and this is throughout the entire building. There is not just minimal amount of accommodation for anything. You are treated with suspicion if you ask anything here. Don't expect to bring a partner here or even having friends for visit. The room fits exactly 1 person. There is no housekeeping.

C'est l'internat de l'école.......donc très basique : chambres austères, literie de la colonie, chauffage/climatisation générale impossible à régler et très bruyante, cabines douche en Commun (idem WC et lavabo) De plus c'est très bruyant ( ados très excités ) Contrairement à ce que dit l'annonce il n'y a pas de parking : un parking public souterrain est à 5mn à pied de l'autre côté du Block A 30mn à pied de downtown Franchement pour le prix allez voir ailleurs !

La chambre est petit me et basique (1 lit simple, un bureau, un placard), vous en aurez pour le prix payé. Bon rapport qualité prix.
La localisation est bonne (sans être exceptionnelle), faut compter 10min de marche pour atteindre un quartier avec plusieurs supermarchés, restaurants. Et une 30/40min de marche pour atteindre le centre de Toronto. Un arrêt de tram juste en face de la résidence, mais lors de mon séjour, il y avait apparement des travaux et l'arrêt n'était pas desservi.
Seul point (vraiment) négatif est la réception. La fille au Check-in avait l'air d'être dérangée que je vienne faire mon Check-in. Pas un bonjour pas un sourire. Au checkout, une autre personne et ce n'était bien meilleur...
