Per Espada is a nice hotel set on the front promenade. It has a slightly retro feel although all the fittings seem new. Ok sized room. Large breakfast buffet area which was very busy even off season. The pool was closed and the shower water pressure was very feeble. I mentioned it to the front desk but they ignored it. Seems to attract an older clientele.

This is a lovely hotel, right on the beach. The food was amazing, always something for all tastes…the hotel’s theme was amazing (Sinatra) etc was different….made it unique. There was entertainment every night which for low season was a really good touch. Drinks prices were reasonable…..overall, we loved it and simply cannot find fault.

Stayed for a weekend in January and was lucky to have stayed in a beachfront suite with balcony jacuzzi bath. The room was spotless, with an extremely comfortable bed, and had a large sofa and chair. The bathroom was well equipped with products and had a large walk in shower with a rainwater head and a standard head. I stayed bed and breakfast and the breakfast buffet was extremely well stocked with a great selection of food. The hotel has a very pleasant ambiance, and the staff in all areas were friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again

Lovely hotel. Had a great five days. We were in a Junior Suite and would recommend upgrading. Lovely room, jacuzzi on balcony. Loved having a private area with bali beds. Frankies bar does great cocktails. Breakfast was always excellent but evening meal was variable. All the staff are lovely. Loved the evening wine and tapas in the lounge!

Hotel location is perfect. The breakfast is amazing. Rooms lovely had a sea view but obviously we paid extra for that. Two downside no cushions on the sun loungers which after a few hours became very uncomfortable and this hotel at this time does cater for the elder generation. And secondly we had a very late flight home when asked "where can we get changed, got told in the luggage room 😒, really oh or the toilet. Well we'd like a shower to the response of the male receptionist is he shrugged and said you can't " he never offered us a late checkout or anything just a very rude blunt NO. This for a 4 star plus hotel(which is not cheap) I think is not acceptable you are a guest until you are on you way back to the airport. Such a shame

I can’t believe that no one has mentioned the flies!! It was impossible to sunbathe around the hotel because of the swarm of flies that were constantly buzzing around you and landing on you. No respite from them. I noticed one lady surrounding herself with orange peel to act as a deterrent, it didn’t work. The folks was ok, but the restaurant was chaotic. The main main food counter was a square counter in the middle of the room. This meant that everyone had to queue around the square to get to the particular food they wanted, eg queue around the hot food area to get to the desserts!! Staff were efficient but not very friendly. The usual queues for the coffee machines and toast. Also they cordoned off some areas of the restaurant, obviously because of guest numbers but this meant it was sometimes difficult to get a table, and you had to queue outside the restaurant. Not a good experience and definitely not somewhere we would recommend

3rd visit love hotel it was my birthday while out there.Friends went reception l had a lovely cake and bottle of cava left in our room.We always have a club room facing pool and beach can't fault room. Would definitely choose this hotel again all staff are very friendly and helpful.Antonio on day time entrainment was great and the young lady greeting us at restaurant Natalia was so friendly always smiling.

Lovely hotel in a great spot for walking the seafront. We had breakfast which had a good choice of items. The only negative is how cold the pool is throughout the year. This means that even on the hottest days guests are reluctant to enter the pool!!
