The services and food were always excellent. The guides provided amazing care of their group, being very concerned with each person's capabilities for walking and sightseeing. The facilities are very comfortable, but yurts can be noisy when the wind increases

What an amazing place! Tucked away down a dirt road just outside the National Park, this hidden oasis just oozes high class amongst the forest and on the shores of Lake Toro. The luxury yurts are precious, the grounds are quite lovely (with lots of exclusive trails to the "camp"), the food is delicious but best is the staff. Each and every person working there was on hand to make one's stay/experience unforgettable. And it was.

The accommodations are absolutely fantastic, the yurt and bed is very comfortable. The views from the yurts as well as the lodge are stunning. The staff and guides are all friendly, knowledgeable and over the top service. The hikes are well explained and worth every step.

Having completed an exhausting 10 day tour of the Atacama desert and a lot of Bolivia at breakneck pace and continuous high altitude we arrived in Puerta Arenas and took a leisurely 5 hour drive through gorgeous scenery and splendid wild life hoping for some relief. And boy did we find a slice of heaven at Patagonia Camp. We have travelled the world and never have we been so blown away by the simple but luxurious time we have spent here. They have it all. Lovely and accommodating staff, amazing food and wines, comfortable heated Yurts and all set in a little piece of heaven. We are reluctant to wax too lyrically in case we can’t get back in. Keep it a secret - shhhh. We will definitely come back and next time do a little more exploring. We leave here happy and and relaxed well prepared for our final week in Chile and Argentina. Thank you Patagonia Camp.

This was the best experience we have ever had. It’s not just a hotel, it’s a complete experience! It’s apparent how each person working there loves what they do, as the hospitality is genuine and consistent throughout the experience and stay. The guides are so knowledgeable and helpful. They even bring small snacks (chocolate) along the way. This place provides both adventure and relaxing escape of nature (especially if you book the jacuzzi). We loved how they do not have WiFi in the yurts specially for you to disconnect and be in nature. That was a huge benefit for us. The beds are comfortable & yurts are as warm or cold as you choose. I recommend a noise machine when it’s a super windy night. The wind kept me up, and that’s not a yurt/hotel issue, Patagonia is known for its crazy wind!

This resort is absolutely amazing. The yurts are well appointed and beautiful, however the staff is what really makes it special. Special thanks to Sara and Carolina at the restaurant, who always greeted us with a smile and helpful suggestions and to Galicia and Benjamin as well, overall the entire staff at the camp went above and beyond to make our holiday a memorable one. The daily excursions were also very good and not to be missed. Torres del Paine is a beautiful place and Patagonia Camp made this experience an unforgettable one.

We didn't know when we booked Patagonia Camp that it was an award winning hotel. From the moment we set foot on the property, it was clear they were deserving of this recognition. The experience was amazing. Patagonia Camp is not cheap but we found that the combination of luxurious yurts, fantastic dinners, wonderful wine, a wide selection of excursions, all added up to really good value for money.
