Hotels in Tossa De Mar with Swimming Pools

This hotel is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in . The rooms are tiny with no kettle,glasses or cutlery . I came with a small child . The playground is a climbing frame with a pole and 2 rocking horses . It is all wobbly and unstable . The kids club they advertised looks abandoned and unused . The nightlife was on maybe 1ce since being here . At lunch and dinner it’s mainly fish and you have to pay for yours drinks so much for all inclusive . The light switch in our room is nearly hanging off the wall .. it trips and with a toddler running round it’s so unsafe . You have to pay for services at spa and book heated pool in advance which cost 10 euro . The maid are so rude they clearly do not want to do there job . They did not change our bedding or towels and left our hotel door open for hours until we got back … the queue at reception is always so long , and the staff at dinner are so rude my partner left a chair behind my sons high chair which a staff member just threw across the At floor . Then they came and snatched a drink menu off our table before we even looked at it and when we asked for it back they tutted . AtThe hotel is filled with mostly elderly that mutter and stare if your child throws a tantrum or misbehaves and as a toddler this behaviour is normal !! Our key card wouldn’t work half the time then had to wait hours at reception . However reception staff are very nice as for the bar staff .

Good points-- Clean Hotel, rooms cleaned each day, good for disabled people, reception staff very helpful. pleny sun beds, nice pool, but cold. Easy walking distance to beach, supermarkets close by, plenty shops etc. No charge for air con. Was on on 3rd floor, so quite. Bad points-- food was ok at best, queing for dinner was a nightmare, sometimes breakfast also, not enough staff in dining area, can get free water at dinner time, not told it was free, so paid for water, till relised. no kettle in room. Have to pay for a fridge and safe. 100 euro for 2 weeks, near as any way. no entertainment, odd day, but never knew it was on. Free wifi, 3rd floor we were on was not good, had to come down a floor to get it most times. Lots of flys and mosquitos, so be warned. sun in october at hotel, dose not come to about 11am at pool area and goses around 6pm. Around pool area gone b4 that. Area around tossa, busy through day, night all shut, very few bars open, if into football go to Emmas bar, Hollies bar for food, if english is what your after, but closes at 8pm. most places closes for siesta, for a couple of hours. pint cost between 3.50 to 5 euros a pint. nice castle to go too. Beach all peebles and rocky, get water shoes helps. sun beds cost 22 euros for 2 beds and parosol, boats trips available. If you travel with Love Holidays, you get dropped at bus station, not Hotel, so u need to find hotel yourself, we went wrong way and took 45 mins, but only 15 mins away if knew were.

On the first night, we discovered women's underwear under the pillow, indicating that the bed or even the room had not been cleaned or checked. When we informed the receptionist, she didn't even apologize; she simply said, ”okay.” After a few hours, upon returning to the room, the underwear was still in the same place. We had to remind them twice to address it. They took the underwear but left the bed untidy, as evident in the pictures. The food wasn't good, and almost everything, including plates, tables, and glasses, was so dirty. I stayed for a few days and couldn't eat anything. I would never come back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. - En la primera noche, encontramos ropa interior de mujer debajo de la almohada, indicando que la cama o incluso la habitación no se había limpiado o revisado. Cuando informamos a la recepcionista, ni siquiera se disculpó; simplemente dijo ”vale”. Después de unas horas, al regresar a la habitación, la ropa interior seguía en el mismo lugar. Tuvimos que recordarles dos veces que lo solucionaran. Se llevaron la ropa interior pero dejaron la cama desordenada, como se puede ver en las fotos. La comida no estaba buena y casi todo, incluyendo platos, mesas y vasos, estaba muy sucio. Me quedé unos días y no pude comer nada. No volvería y no lo recomendaría a nadie.

Let's talk about the advantages first, and eat a lot around. In the last 2 days, I found out that going out is a children's paradise, and the children are crazy. The children's paradise goes to the opposite side of the beach and there is a local restaurant (garlic restaurant) that offers seafood platters and good value for money. Going to the beach for 10 minutes, the old street is also there. The hotel has a swimming pool, the water is too cold, and there is a heated pool, upstairs. The room feels like home, simple, if you don't ask for a night. The 5-year-old child was charged 6.04 euros a night for an extra bed and breakfast. Parking is a difficult point. We fell on Saturday afternoon and finally turned 3 laps to find a seat. Look at the next few days, unless you are very early or late, there is usually no parking. Breakfast is simple, bread, egg, cheese, ham, bacon, fruit and vegetable yoghurt, coffee tea, orange juice. There is no water or hot water in the room. Go to the supermarket and buy it, not far away.

Family hotel. Sympathetic staff. The rooms are very well suited, with balcony and air conditioning. The sounds of the room above are not terrible. Telephone with 3 channels (info) in French. The swimming pool is fine. The breakfast is right even if most products are industrial (growing, orange juice, ...). In the negative light, two things: We could not connect to the hotel's wifi in 6 days, whether in the room, at the reception, at the swimming pool or elsewhere. Finally, I didn't appreciate that a woman was bathing with a burkini in the pool, burkini that she then used in the breakfast room and in the city. On the hygiene level, it is not possible. I don't understand that the hotel accepts this.

I liked the hotel so much. I was so impressed because I didn´t expect anything but the hotel was really good! I had 3 nights and it was am amazing stay for me. I decided to spend my birthday in Tossa. The hotel provided (thank the boy at the reception; your care is appreciated a lot) a really good room with the a nice garden view. There is a big and beautiful magnolia grows there. The hotel gave me a birthday present. It was a small bottle of cava. Mmmm. THANKS a lot for attention. It was so nice from your side. The room was big with the perfect king size bed. I had a cleaning service everyday! Breakfast was so tasty and it was a right decision to included it in my stay. The hotel is clean everywhere. There are some paintings ang nice things hanging on walls. Also, there is a swimming pool on the 4th floor. I attach a photo. The atmosphere there is so relaxed. There is a bar there. You can spend some time in the pool taking sun baths, reading books with cocktails! I recommend this hotel for your stay! Don't forget to include breakfast :) Enjoy your stay as I did! First time visiting this hotel and would defiantly recommend people to go. From the first check-in to check out there was nothing one could complain about. The staff were so friendly through all areas of the hotel. There was a great variety of food for everyone and so fresh. The cleanliness was amazing, part of the hotel was cleaned nearly 24 hours per day. The only critic or observation I have is the jacuzzies by the main pool. It was very difficult to enjoy as there were so many children in them and sometimes unsupervised, it would have been nice to use them a little more often. I would like to mention the children. I was dreading going as we normally go on adults only holiday but I must say the children were so good at all time and especially in the restaurants (a big out out to the parents). I would give a 100% for a great holiday and hope to go back next year. Many thanks to all the staff and managers for making our stay so enjoyable. Maureen Tilbury :)

See the sea view room map without hesitation to book a three-person room with sea view! Say good 180 degree sea view and pool view, came to the hotel but arranged a second floor, there is no pool view, only 60 degrees sea view! Going to the front desk, Complaint told me that the room with pool view + sea view is small. I don't dare to book a foreign hotel in Ctrip next time.

I’m April May we couldn’t believe what good value this hotel is . We opted for a room with a balcony that overlooks the pool . The Rooms are compact but have everything you need . Breakfast lovely and included. We payed extra for parking (€13 per day ) There are a few spaces outside the hotel that were reserved. There is additional parking nearby . Would definitely go back . If you book via their website there is a discount compared to booking sites . All in all excellent value . Great staff . Wonderful stay . Tossa de Mar is a lovely seaside resort for a relaxing holiday
