Located away from the bustling streets but not far from the popular sights, this hotel is in a good spot and easy to use for a short stay. Room was snug but worked fine for a night. If staying longer, recommend getting a good sized room as some are on the smaller side. Check-in is digital which didn't work at first as you need to use your phone and app to get into the building and room as there's no reception. Luckily, the help line via phone was able to help resolve the issue. Just ensure you have a functioning phone to enter the hotel as you'll need to use the app. Parking is hit or miss in the surrounding streets, but location was solid.

Absolutely loved our stay here and cannot more highly recommend. No reception with a check-in only on your phone and no room keys was delightful and easy. Super easy check-out too just on your phone. Beautiful little French breakfast offered and a stunning terrace with views of the city and theatre. Perfect central location with paid parking just across the street. The room was enormous, clean, and comfortable. Will absolutely be back - love this gem of a hotel!

Fair price but I won't do the experience again. Access to the hotel is completely electronic (avoid it if you are not comfortable with computers), so following a bug, I did not receive the SMS indicating my number. room, a little moment of stress after a long day of travel and work and the assistance not very efficient, not even able to send me the SMS or an email containing this information (information given by telephone then sent by unknown number to the site of my insistence.

First of all, worried about having to provide my identity card by email to unknown people, given the scams that abound on the web, I almost canceled everything. Even if you don't meet anyone to welcome you, everything is computerized and confusing at first, the place is well located and very comfortable.

Tourangeots wanting an intimate moment... and this hotel offered it to us in an elegant and refined setting. Self-managed hotel which denotes traditional hotels but which provides freedom like at home.

New establishment but in progress. Arrival at 6 p.m. Room not made. Fortunately, customer service quickly found me a solution with compensation. Clean and comfortable room but insufficient sound insulation, especially in a busy street. Point to review: ultra basic breakfast: bread, jam and basta. Not having a sweet lunch, I left on an empty stomach. Too bad because the location is top notch. Also review the automatic registration procedure which is too complex!
