A safe, 3-star hotel in a great location that's excellent for solo travelers. It's located near the cruise ship terminal (18 minute walk) and train station. There are restaurants, shopping, a 24-hour laundromat, post office, and grocery store nearby. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I was able to check in early; they also offer a luggage storage room. I received excellent travel advice...I was able to plan and execute a day trip on a water taxi to Muggia, Italy on my arrival day then went to Slovenia the following day. They also booked an early morning (0430 am) airport taxi for me as well. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and was constantly replenished but not a big area, again great for solos. My room on the 5th floor was a little outdated but clean and comfortable. The front desk is not open 24-hours. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was outdated and the soundproofing was poor; I could hear the toilet flushing next door. The breakfast wasn't very varied. However, the service was friendly and the location was good. I'm not sure why hotels in this city are generally expensive.

Booked this hotel on night before a cruise from Trieste. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable. The room lacked usb sockets. Everyone has smart phones now. In terms of value,the hotel rated very well. The reception staff were friendly and excellent. They arranged a meal for us at a nearby restaurant this saved our time in exploring and taking pot luck.

Good comfortable room , aircon and Continental breakfast . Central location also near to station . Very helpful staff who advised us where to go to get best out of one night stay . We would Definitely recommend

The structure is new and is in a good position in relation to the center and the station, the area is quiet. The breakfast is a bit basic but quite complete. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and available in relation to requests.

The room was tastefully decorated, a little gem. Very comfortable bed, minibar, TV, desk, telephone. Very quiet. The breakfast was excellent, continental, with a large variety of sweet and savory products. The staff was kind and welcoming, check in and check out without problems. The location is fantastic as you are practically in the city center but you are not in the middle of the chaos of the nightlife and then the hotel is 200m from the train station. Excellent value for money! I recommend it for a stay of several nights.

Non-existent air conditioning. Luggage disappeared. Overall terrible experience despite the helpfulness of the staff throughout the short stay. It is better not to leave your bags at the reception if you want to go for a tour of Trieste. They are not guarded and the risk is that someone will take your bags as happened to me.

Booked during the week to spend two days with my wife and son in Trieste, unfortunately the night before we are struggling with seasonal virus fever.
