"Good size room with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom was also a good size with a spacious shower (great water pressure too!). Breakfast was ordinary - it is al a carte, with the hotel’s intention being to reduce food waste, but this seemed far more wasteful to me."

Non-existent ventilation system, as well as the window in the bathroom. I leave one star because I can't give less. If you open the window onto the street you are covered with a stench of oriental cuisine due to the kebab shop next to the hotel."

"Unfortunately, I must give the hotel the lowest rating. We had a problem because people complained about noise coming from our room, when in reality my wife was just laughing during a phone call. At 1 a.m., the concierge came up with the complainers and threatened to call the police, which I find totally inappropriate. A hotel that presents itself as a 5-star hotel should handle these types of situations more professionally and, above all, have good soundproofing to avoid this type of inconvenience among guests."
