It was a last minute trip for my family to Trieste. Fortunately and very gladful that I managed to book a room with Urbanauts. It was also one of the best choices I have made. It was so easy and convenient for the check-in process, and the location is very strategic where it is walkable to the main attractions. There is coop nearby as well for us to grab some snacks or drinks. The building itself is nicely furnished with a lift, our room toilet and kitchen are equipped with all the necessity that are very useful to us. I highly recommend this place to stay and will book with them again in the near future !

Very nice apartment, very clean and only 5 minutes from the harbor. Parking should definitely be booked.

Loved this apartment - amazing location in the centre near to lots of great bars and restaurants, walking distance to everything yet also really chilled. Eqsy to check in and out. Great size for two, kitchen well equipped for cooking and comfortable bed. Do take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as air con is very loud and it's easy to hear movement in other apartments but on the plus can hear very few noises from outside.

Already regular Urbanauts customers in Vienna Grätzlhotels we also enjoyed Studio Minelli apartments. Well-equipped apartments with all you need. Very central location, almost everything in walking distance and also a very nice team

The apartment we were in had two bedrooms all with large windows good Internet.It has a very access/ using a key reader.The kitchen was well supplied with all you need and there was complementary wine and water. Comfortable beds and brand new linen.

Unsafe, had an accident: a knife sharp box next to the hall/ sleeping room. Apartments need maintenance. Nearly lost an eye. Costed me 3 vacation days. Asked for compensation. Reaction: "the edge or the box is clearly visible, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund." - Urbanauts.at Avoid, no respect for customers and serious accidents by the property owner Urbanauts

The apartment is spacious and modern. The kitchen was very complete, and they left us a large complimentary water! and it has a washing machine that washes everything in 20'!! It was very clean. The towels and bedding were very good quality. Comfortable bed. Very close to the port for cruise passengers and near Plaza de la Unidad. There is a self-service washing and drying clothes very close by. We feel very like Excellent place I recommend it

Certainly a somewhat 'cold' accommodation. There is no reception and you don't communicate with anyone, the check works automatically with a code that they give you via email. The apartments are more or less all the same, with a kitchen (very useful if you stay for more days) and some with a small room with a sofa in addition to the double bedroom. Nice bathroom, large shower, excellent cleanliness. Right in the centre.

The apartment is very well kept and has a beautiful view. The ceilings are very low so in the long run it might get tiring, but for a few days it is pleasant. I find the choice of not having a reception inappropriate. I was very cold there were no additional blankets. There is no contact person after office hours other than an emergency contact: I do not call a number classified as emergency for blankets.
