It was all in all very average. The reception area needs a little facelift. Luckily the rooms arent quite so outdated. Breakfast was very downsized version of what you usually see in hotels. I decided to move on after 1 night, this was not even close to the Senja-experience I was hoping to have.

This stay was somehow like a stay in a ghost town. You feel all the time that Finnsnes's best days are in the past. Same with the hotel. The rooms are clean but very outdated and could use a renovation. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly. Parking is a bit complicated because you need to find your way around the hotel to the back, and then enter through a deserted entrance. But it worked well and it was good to have free parking on the grounds of the hotel. After a night in this outdated hotel room, we did not expect much of the breakfast, but were overwhelmed! Best breakfast that we had on our 14 day trip through Northern Norway.

Nice place to stay while visiting Finnsnes. Right in the middle of this small town, you will find everything you would need close by not forgetting the breakfast which is always a nice way to start the day
