Lovely reception lady. But sadly the bed sheets were not changed - they stank of sweat/BO. We climbed into bed far too late to complain so had to sleep without sheets. Not ideal. The wardrobe was also broke ( couldn’t open properly) and the bathroom was full of mould. Thankfully we were only staying one night.

The room had everything that we needed. We walked into town and enjoyed the beautiful city centre. Parking at the hotel was safe and easy. Good stop-over on our way East.

The young lady on the front desk was super friendly and gave us restaurant recommendations and parking advice.
The hotel has a car park which was a real plus.

A l'arrivée petit beug avec le site mais la reception a fait le necessaire, trés reactif, trés pro, nous avons appréciés.trés agréable, la petite dame a la reception vous explique le chemin pour le centre ville , la chambre est trés propre, suffisante. Déco sympa. Je recommande en tous cas cet hotel pleins de charme. Petite pépite de troyes. 🥰
