23年後專門回到當年做博士後的筑波大學看看，知道校園裡沒有酒店，所以就選擇了離つくばセンター較近的這家酒店。一個人住的話，已經很不錯了，我遇到的前台服務員很友好，因為趕上元旦放假，酒店的餐廳不開，頭天在酒店馬路對面的一家幾乎純自助飯店吃的晚飯，轉天在車站星巴克吃的早餐。

口コミに出てるほど朝食は、混んでなくクリスマスイブイブの土曜日ですが
逆に寒く暗い空間
品数あり日本庭園脇での食事は良し

筑波大学への用事で利用しました。週末には結婚式などでも人があつまるホテルで、古さはありますが、特に問題はありませんでした。宿泊フロアのエレベーター前に電子レンジがあるのも便利でした。
筑波大学までは、つくば駅前まで少し歩いて、そこからバスで、大体30分ほどだったと思います。つくば駅周辺自体、お店や飲食店も多くなく、夜になると本当に何もないです。ホテル周辺には大きな道沿いにチェーン店の飲食店が立ち並んでいますが、コンビニが遠いのが不便でした。
駅まで微妙に距離があるので、1日1往復以上する場合はちょっと面倒です。

因參加國際會議，本想連續住5天，遺憾沒有訂到，住了4天後在同一酒店追加了一晚，總體感覺還是不錯的，衞生、服務都不錯，日式早餐雖然相對不是很豐盛，但營養搭配好。

酒店位置在餐廳很多的大路口，走路到筑波中心大概10分鐘，很輕鬆就到了。
房間內設施符合預期，洗澡水龍頭出水很強。早餐豐盛，服務積極，值得一試。

這次住在6樓，可以看到窗外大街上商店和餐廳。房間的配置和附近的酒店差不多。早餐還算種類多，很好吃，但是七點鐘才開始！
