Absolutely loved this place, unforgettable experience. We got the suit with sun terrace and wow.. Room was just amazing, the view, the space, the decoration, absolutely worth it, we went in Feb so weather was foggy but the views were still breathtaking, food was delicious and drinks too.. And the staff.... Tom made the experience amazing, it was truly remarkable and we would recommend it to anyone who goes to halong Bay. This is not ur party boat if that's what u are after, if u go with a group of friends then its fine but for a couple looking for party. Its not the case. Its a chilled luxurious vibe. They even got my girlfriend a birthday present.. And when we got back to our hotel in Hanoi they called us to the lobby to get a souvenir from the stellar company, a beautiful set of plates to thank us for our photos we posted on social media (we did it cause it was so amazing) A+++ experience

It was si nice. They gave me informations about booking limousine therefore I can easily move other places Breakfast was nice. But so many people crowded IIt was like a market. But food was nice. We had a such a wonderful time here, absolute luxury, kind, friendly and efficient work team. We went during off season, which was ideal for us, not many people around, we travelled here from Hanoi, so the difference was vast. We we’re in room 2501, and I must say the views were something to behold. Would definitely return here. The rooms where immaculate. So lucky to have the chance to stay. The beach is literally on your door, but if you don’t fancy the walk then you can be picked up via a large golf buggy. Beach bars are open and some good restaurants on the front. Again really lovely people. Thank the Lord for Google translate, I’d recommended it to anyone.

Yhis hotel was an absolute surprise and excellent value for money. The staff were first rate very accommodating and spoke excellent English. The room was very comfortable with a massive bed and views to Ha Long Bay. The hotel also organised the boat trip and transportation to the ferry terminal which to be honest was an easy 5 min walk. The free breakfast was traditional and very tasty and plenty of it.
