My parents and I came here with my baby boy. The Location: you are in the National Park of Morrocoy, it can't be better located, a bit far out, but it's worth it. The hotel itself is quite nice, a bit cluttered but it has a bit of a Robinson Crusoe look, beachy but busy with thousands of decorations. The restaurant: the restaurant is everywhere around the water, they go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want, and honestly at the price we paid, I am glad they did. They serve you 3 full meals and snacks, unlimited drinks and alcohol is extra. What I did find surprising is that they dont serve you fruits (not part of the normal menu) unless you request it. The food is good, the breakfast, snacks and dinner are quite copious, however the lunch in the cooler for the beach is not. It was usually some time of salad with crakers, we were not really happy with lunch, we requested they put extras from the morning breakfast (empanadas, eggs, pancakes and fruits) as we did not want to pay extra on the beach for food. The room: we initially booked for a quadruple superior room however on arrival they realised that it wouldn't work because the other queen-size bed is only reachable via a ladder, so they changed us to a standard sextuplet room. The standard room is part of the older side, I do not recommend you book there, as it has 0 ventilation, the room is very cramped and regardless half of the beds could only be reached with a ladder, the room was very disappointing. You were not even able to dry your swimwear because of how little ventilation there was. I wish the reservations team gave us more options or made it clear how the rooms were set up. The service: they are honestly fantastic, 99% of the staff was excellent, and they all went above and beyond. The only reason I am not giving the hotel 3 stars is because of the staff, I would like to give a special mention to Zury who was extremely kind to all of us but especially my son. Amenities: there is a spa, and the masseuse is very good, however I would be aware that from around 4pm the yatch on the small marina in front of the hotel loves putting really lound music and the spa does not have windows which means there is a lovely breeze but you can hear EVERYTHING, including loud reggaeton and screaming children. Which sadly made the experience not relaxing. They have their own boats to take you to 2 different islands, which personally I found frustrating. I did not mind paying separately to go to other islands. We had asked to go to other places as we did not enjoy being cramped with hundreds of holiday makers, but no other options was given to us. We had to go to the 2 islands they had decided. We thought it would be like Los Roques where you could pick what island to go to and anything further you pay extra - it was not. We decided to pay extra ourselves and go on the other side of the island in Cayo Sombrero where the mosquitoes wouldnt bite us as there was more wind. We had also a
