The hotel was old and needs more upgrades. There was no elevator for people with a lot of luggage. The bed was a little too hard. There was no ice machine on the second floor. The room had spider webs on the ceiling and covering the drapes.

Our stay was very nice, comfortable and enjoyable. Loved it was close to Civic Center, shopping centers and freeways.

Avoid this place, stay in a better area First thing u notice is nobody is staying there. All the cars were staff. Transients roam frequently around the sidewalks. The lobby is nice. The rooms are rough but the beds were ok. The persons across the hall was a sex worker, greeting customers at the door. But they didn’t stay long.

This hotel is older but the beds are comfortable it was clean ,each ground floor room has an outdoor space with table and chairs. It had indoor and outdoor entertainment areas for weddings or parties

Although the property is no longer in its prime, it is a little island of peace in a busy area. A one-story roadside motel style hotel ideally located right next to downtown Tucson but not surrounded by tall buildings. Not far from airport. Family friendly with its huge garden/pool area. Room was fine. However, breakfast ended at 9, so it didn't really help guests "relax" (as the hotel ads promised) by sleeping in. Maybe a mini-breakfast bar with coffee and bagels for late sleepers might be kept open after the big breakfast bar closes?

Not clean Stayed here for a concert at the convention center. Very good location. Tub was not clean and there were fake eyelashes from the previous customers stay stuck to the lamp by the bed.
