Property was nice. Pool and hot tub were located outside in front. Front desk staff was short with guests and did not not greet guests friendly (female) but were competent at their job. Lobby looked clean. Elevators were a little bit on the faster side which was nice. The elevators and hallways showed a little wear and tear. The room upon first appearance was good, no ceiling stains, sheets were clean, furniture had very little wear and tear on it. You can tell the bed frames are newer due the matted carpet marks the were just a little outside the current ones but that’s ok. The mattesss were comfortable and they provided 3 pillows of varying stuffing on each bed. The bathroom needed some attention. Rust and satins were in several places in the tub/shower area. A couple of the towels had small yellow stains on them. the bathroom was small but usable. The water was very hot and the pressure was good (3rd floor). Our room overlooked the pool and the pool was full of leaves and debris. The hot tub was empty and had construction stuff around it. When I called down to see if the pool was open (3/9/24) they said both the pool and the hot tub were still closed for the season. I was a little upset about that because I like to use the hot tub for my back on long road trips. The area could have been cleaner IMO. We did not partake in breakfast due to timing. Parking lot looked very safe at night and shared a lot with the Holiday Inn Express across the way. It was nice the hotel was close to the Woodland Hills Mall and Union High School for a dance event. Keep in mind traffic is NUTS around this area on event weekends so take backroads everywhere! If you go to Union High School take 92nd road north near the hotel into the back entrance of the school. Nearly no one takes that way! Hotel Staff needs more training on being more friendly and willing yo help customers and towels need to be a bit cleaner. Other than that, compared to the alternatives in the area and Tulsa generally being having horrible hotels…ID definitely return. Check out was 12:00 Hope I helped.

We were there for the Eagles concert and were flying out the next morning. Hotel is very dated, although trying to act like they're better than they are. Not there much, but after wife washed her face the sink was stopped up and filled with ugly grey-black water. Best part of hotel is the location and easy shuttle to airport.
