"Hotel was awesome.  Very clean rooms with everything I needed.   Me and my daughter came to attend a concert.  It was very cold.  We put our jackets on the back of the chairs while we ate breakfast.  I went to my room to change and realized I’d left our coats there.  I went back and they had been stolen.  The manager pulled the camera and confirmed that they were stolen by two men.  He didn’t know if the men were staying in the hotel or not which is concerning because they were eating breakfast.  The door is open so anyone can just walk in and start eating."

"River Spirit exceeded our expectations right from the beginning. I didn't realize that a shuttle from the airport to resort needed to be booked 24 hours in advance. I called when we landed and they sent someone to get us. Every staff member we encountered was polite, friendly, and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Our room was large. We had a view of the river, which was very high from recent storms. The bed was comfy. The toiletry products provided were very nice. Water, coffee, and tea was free in the room. Self-service drink stations with soft drinks, iced tea, coffee, lemonade were all over the casinos, and free. The pool area was clean and large. There were plenty of chairs. There was a swim up bar and regular bar with food. Towels were provided. We explored the fitness center. It had everything needed for a good workout. The prices for food and drinks were very reasonable, unlike other casinos we've been to. For example, domestic beer was $4.50 & imports were $5. A cheeseburger was $14. They had breakfast sandwiches for $4 as well. Our reason for going was a concert at the casino. That venue was very nice as well. The seats were comfy and no bad views. The sound was great. I played some blackjack and was happy to find $10 tables. It's a rarity now. I play for fun, so don't want to risk $25 per hand. The dealers were funny and professional. We walked from the resort to the aquarium. The Riverwalk path was beautiful and took us there. We rented Lime scooters to return. We will definitely be returning."

"We stayed here for five nights while attending our son's commencement. The hotel offers spacious parking, a good breakfast, and complimentary coffee throughout the day. Most importantly, the room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Holiday Inn Express downtown Tulsa was an excellent location to stay for attending a concert at the BOK. About a 15 minute walk and they also had a small shuttle. We chose not to ride the shuttle back to the hotel because the line was too long. Our rooms were updated and very clean with ample towels and comfortable beds. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic with a wide selection of food including scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, sweet rolls, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, waffles and more. There was ample seating and everything was clean. The pool was very large and warm but no pool towels. I would definitely stay here again. They charge $19 for parking in the garage behind the hotel with easy access."

"The hotel is conveniently located right beside the BOK center. It is gated nicely and you will have to pay $10 for parking on site. They have parking on the first level but also have a garage that can be tricky to see at first.They do allow food delivery such as door dash, Uber eats etc which is nice. Our room was nice and clean and very spacious. We were always greeted upon entry in a nice friendly manner and they were always ready to answer any questions we may have. Overall we enjoyed our trip and do recommend this hotel to others. "

"The photo stand in the lobby was super cute and free and fast to use. The Roof Sixty Six bar was really fun. Great vibes, great service. Everyone who worked there was very friendly. If we need to stay downtown again, we will probably go back."
