Hyatt Regency Tulsa

We have stayed here in years past and enjoyed our stay. But this time our room was terrible. We didn’t have any plug ins near the beds. They were across the room with the lamps plugged into them and ran along the baseboards. There was one unused working plug for the whole room. The air conditioning stated it was cooling, but it wasn’t. It was just a fan blowing room temp air. There was not a vent in the bathroom, so the entire room was steamy from the shower for hours, making it worse. They need to invest in updating the rooms. The lobby and restaurant were lovely.

The hotel was booked for the a large event at the Bok - Big 12 Wrestling Championships. One would think the on site restaurant would be staffed accordingly. Went to restaurant at lunch time on Saturday - only two servers on staff and rest of restaurant empty. Told a 25 minute wait. Asked if we could sit in bar - yes but bartender doesn't come on until 3pm...... Just seemed like poor planning or communication between departments that the hotel wouldn't be properly staffed for a weekend that the hotel is sold out for.

Come in too room, it was so hot i started sweating immediately. Then having to move the fridge from its area to plug it in. I have drinks i can only drink cold. Now i have to hope to hell they are cold tomorrow. This is ridiculous

Great location with multiple restaurants and things to do within walking distance, will definitely be my go to hotel for my next stay in tulsa.

I stay at the Hyatt Regency Downtown everytime I am in Tulsa. The staff are crisp, sharp, and responsive. The restaurant is elegant. Their location puts you no more than a leisurely 15 walk (or 5 minute Uber) from other excellent restaurants. Hyatt makes the choice easy.

Wonderful stay, friendly staff, and very helpful. Clean rooms. Coffee shop inside was excellent as well

This hotel is great if you're going to see the Tulsa Ballet. Short walk to the theater. A couple of really good Asian restaurants nearby also.

Surprised at the condition of the room. Lobby is beautiful, but my room looked outdated & unkept. Didn't even have a microwave. Bug in ice bucket. Ceiling tile above shower was open. Sink was all scratched up. Need better sound proofing from outside noise. Heard the train 3 times during the night. Bed was comfortable.
