Well then another great stay at the quality inn. I would encourage anyone in town or come into town try the quality first

Very nice

Great orice, breakfast was nice, staff super friendly, however the sheets and pillows were not comfortable at all.

Everything was good … but the refrigerator wasn’t working properly and the carpet could use some cleaning as well …

I travel through Mississippi several times a year and I can always count on the Quality Inn for a first class room

This has become our stopping place when traveling through Tupelo, MS because of location, cleanliness, comfortable beds, good full breakfast and friendly staff. For the price, it’s hard to beat. Will be staying here again

Right up on the road with sirens and loud vehicles driving past. Very noisy property. Staff was very pleasant.

Did not clean the room, only clean towels and wash towels. And did removed the trash. Was there three days with two small ( 2 &4 yr old) girls. And no clean sheets, no vacuum, no mopping, and no wapping thing down. Well you get what you pay for.

We had a late check in and the woman who drew the short straw that night was full of attitude. Even though one of our deal breaker items was Pet Friendly, Karen at the check in desk quickly snubbed this and asked for a pet deposit. I willingly obliged and told her that when we checked out she wouldn’t be able to tell if there was an animal in that room. Needless to say that after we entered our room, they have way more issues to be concerned with than there being an animal inside a motel room.

I stay here a few times each year. Always a good place to stay.

linens were dirty, rooms need updating the staff was friendly

Room smelled of smoke. Linen was dingy. Pillows were ridiculously small. Bathroom was dirty and shower curtains.
