Great hotel in a perfect location and staff is very helpful. The hotel looks new, rooms were modern and clean. I highly recommend to stay here as it will be hard to find a similar quality hotel in this price range. The marina, the beach, supermarkets are just steps away. I definitely plan to return.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel is very convenient for sailors who need to access the marina. The room was quiet and comfortable. The sheets and towels could be better cleaned, I saw some stains on towels and the pillow covers didn’t seem ironed.

Very friendly service, front desk was particularly nice. Rooms are small but they were very clean and modern. Worth flagging that there was no sheet on the bed, it was in the details of the booking but I have to say I thought it was a mis-translation, it's not. Other than that it is a very nice hotel in a great location

Oda genel olarak temizdi ancak tuvalet ve banyo yeterince temiz değildi klozette lekeler vardı. Karşılama iyiydi ancak kahvaltı saati ile ilgili bilgilendirilmedim ve kahvaltıyı kaçırdım. Wifi ya da bağlanamadım. Ancak konumu güzeldi.

Konumu çok güzel, D Marin in tam karşısında. Resepsiyon görevlisi sempatik ve ölçülü idi. Temizlik çok kötü idi. Gardropların içi tozluydu, eşya yerleştirdiğime pişman oldum, kıyafetler toz oldu. Galiba temizlik ile ilgili bir prosedür ve yönerge yok bu otelde, başka odaları temizleyen 2 çok genç beyefendi gördüm, onların temizlik anlayışına teslim edilmiş demek ki durum. Otel yönetimi bu konuyu gündemine alabilir. Acaba çok tecrübesiz bir yönetim mi var? Yada tecrübesiz personel mi çalıştırılıyor? Bence ilki, çünkü standartı yönetim belirler. Banyoda sararmış lavabo, klozet içi kararmış, banyoyu kullanmaktan imtina ettim. Yerler de çok temiz değildi. Havlular hayli eski, yıkanmaktan grileşmiş, kullanmayı tercih e**edim.

Marinaya yakın diye seçtiğimiz otelden hayal kırıklığı.. Ödemeyi alana kadar ilgi alaka harika ödeme aldıktan sonra sakın bir istekte bulunmayın hakkınız olan istekte bile yüzleri düşerek isteksiz davranıyorlar. Sebepsiz yere trip yememek için tatilinizi başka yerde yapabilirsiniz. Odalar çok küçük bazı odalar var 2 katı ücret istiyorlar. İnternette yazan fiyatı hiç ummadık zamanda yükseltip düşürebiliyorlar başkası ile aynı tip odayı aldığım halde fazla ücret istediler söyleyince siz zaten ucuza kalıyorsunuz gibi açıklamalar yaptılar. Huzur için turgutreise geliyorsanız huzursuz şekilde dönersiniz.
