The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it is very clean and far away from noisy places. It is suitable for people who like quiet. The room is very clean and the overall stay is very comfortable. The front desk is very kind and the service is excellent.

The hotel is actually very average in terms of location and price/performance ratio, except that the hotel's surface decoration is slightly better. A night in a small single room costs almost 400 RMB, which is not as good as the one near Port Susa where I stayed on the third day. The transportation is convenient. The room is spacious and only costs 300RMB

Avoid this hotel, the staff were not welcoming at all. The rooms were like prison cells, didn’t feel safe at night. The location isn’t safe at night. The noise outside the rooms make it impossible to sleep, had to check out early and move hotel because it was so bad. Checked into Best Western which was a class above this so called ‘hotel’ 4 star? More like 1 star hostel!

First night the phone rang, the eighties called, "can we have our hotel back"? This hotel is one big dump, I cannot recommend it to anyone. It smells dirty and damp inside. The bed is like 180cm by 160cm which might be ok for small Italian people but definitely not for people who are 196cm... They pretend that "Each room at the Boston Art Hotel is a work of art", quote at booking dot com, I can tell you it isn't. We will be cancelling our other vacation days here and moving to a different hotel. This is not a place you want to stay at. I wanted a nice artistic room as pretended in the attached photo and got a 4by4 smelly room that is nowhere near a piece of art...

The hotel was in poor condition, the mini fridge was not working, the toilet flush was broken, breakfast toaster broken for the entirety of our long weekend there. The room telephone was broken and even lights didn’t work. The staff failed to even fulfill basic requests like an extra pillow or blanket. I wouldn’t recommend

Marcos and the hole team in breakfast are the high point. Kindness and efficiency even in full days. If I had a restaurant I would try to hire this gentleman. The hotel is ok. The rooms are different, so take care, mine wasn’t cozy enough. A little bit old.

Very Good

Stayed here for a few nights recently. The hotel looks good from outside and the lobby/ communal areas are spacious. It is located about a mile away (15 minutes walk) from Porta Nuova train station and around which are many cafes and restaurants. There didn't seem to be many restaurants near the actual hotel apart from small local bars. The area seemed to be quiet residential. There is a large supermarket about 5 mins. walk away. The room was good with everything required. All the staff were very pleasant. I'm not sure about why the reception have to photocopy your passport on arrival but it seems to be a new trend in hotels now, but hopefully they shred them after you leave.? Breakfast was served in an adjacent building in a room which seemed to be too small for the number of guests, and the breakfast itself was fairly basic, again nothing unusual in that nowadays. Overall I possibly would stay there again if visiting Turin.

It does not meet the standards a 4stars hotel, neither a 3stars ones. A/C is not working, room are very old and not clean. It needs renovation. Tasteless breakfast. However, the staff tries its best in these conditions. We would definitely not recommend it.
