There was no pool in that hotel. trip.com information was false. breakfast was bad.

The room was excellent and very near to train station. Receptionist was excellent. We were guided properly for our plan to visit many places in the city. Would stay here again. Did not try breakfast, so no clue about that. Staffs were very excellent.

Our 5-night stay in Torino was at the Hotel Turin City Centre. It used to be called Holiday Inn and I expect it changed hands at some stage. The hotel itself is a little dated and worn but clean and functional. We booked directly with the hotel itself. Our double room was large and the bathroom was small in comparison. The large bed very comfortable. A fridge was in the room and we asked the staff for a kettle which they kindly provided. Across the road at the train station is a large supermarket and food can be purchased if required. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel. The best part was the proximity to the station and buses but Torino is a walkable city and flat. We enjoyed our stay and this hotel suited our budget.

The hotel is in good location next to Porta Nuova Station and lots of bars and restaurants close by. Found the staff at reception very helpful and sorted out a couple of issues I had. The rooms are a bit tired and dated and don't function very very. The shower isn't great and the power points wouldn't work with UK plug and Eu adapter and had to get additional adapter from reception. Average hotel in need of refurbishment.

Overnight stay. The hotel is pleasant and quiet. The reception is bright and airy. Check in was quick. The room was a good size. Unfortunately the bed was hard and uncomfortable. There is tea and coffee making facilities. There is free wifi. The bathroom was clean. There is a fridge and drinks. The breakfast is good. Near the station

Location close to the center, but outdated structure. Let's say old room, same bathroom, door/window to the balcony was old and didn't close properly. Inadequate breakfast. Kind and helpful doorman, while person during breakfast was absolutely inadequate, almost surly. Price not high, but adequate for the service received. Furnishings and staff need to be renovated.

It is NOT a holiday inn, it doesn't even have a sign at the entrance. The hotel is uncommentable, the rooms are in disrepair (SEE PHOTOS) parts broken, wallpaper bulging and coming off, breakfast uncommentable, poor quality and poor quality. with an employee who looks at you annoyed and comments in a low voice. I would give you 0 stars rather than 4. DO NOT BOOK

Found the property thanks to Booking. The reviews we read were helpful and confirmed what was in our expectations. Convenient hotel for the center of Turin and very close to the Turin P.N. station. Very comfortable hotel a stone's throw from Turin Porta Nuova station. Very large rooms with comfortable bed. Large bathroom with everything you need, with a right-sized shower. Very helpful and kind staff. Very quiet, you sleep very well.
