It's just that the service makes people feel that it doesn't match the environment: the triple room we booked should be the kind with a sofa, but when checking in, the two beautiful girls at the front desk were chatting and asked me if it was a triple room. I clearly said it was, but when I got to the room, I found that it was a double room. How can three people sleep? I called and said that they made a mistake and changed us to a room on the same floor. OK, but when I went in, I found that there was no sofa. It was basically a triple room changed from a double room. There was only one bedside table, shared by two beds, and there was only one charging socket on it. The other bed had no bedside table and no charger to use! ! I raised questions at the time and asked us to wait. After waiting for about 20 minutes, there was no news. We were so tired from driving and wanted to lie down, and we still had a trip! So I called and said that I would not change it. Then I didn't want to get water from the car, so I thought about asking the waiter to send 3 bottles of water. The front desk said it was okay. After a while, I called again and said that each bottle would cost 2 yuan because there were already three bottles of water in the room. Why didn't you say it directly when you answered the phone? Are you not proficient in business? Moreover, we traveled all the way in southern Xinjiang, and the hotels we stayed in gave us 3 extra bottles of water. It's not that we have to pay for extra water. From the beginning, we were assigned the wrong room, the wrong room type, and then the waiting... the surprise we had when we saw the hotel environment before was gone. It was disappointing! The hotel facilities are also a bit old. They said it was their newest building. I hope they can improve their service and live up to their good reputation and good environment!

This is the last hotel for this summer's self-driving tour in the Hexi Corridor (a family of 4 people travels, plus 2 28-inch, 2 20-inch suitcases, plus other debris). 1. The hotel chain has been open for 5 years and the facilities are sufficient; 2. The hotel's breakfast is good! The room is back to the road, quiet and comfortable. 5. The family room is set, two twin beds of 1.5 meters, it is very comfortable for 4 people, the area is 40 square meters, enough to put all luggage, suitable for family travel; 6. The parking lot on the ground, there are enough parking spaces, parking is more convenient; 7. The service is very good and it is still the standard of the whole season.

The room is large, very clean, and has no odor. The decoration is very sentimental and exotic. The bed is also very comfortable. The room facing the street can see the Westward Journey Pedestrian Street, and the night view is okay. The service at the front desk was very good. We stayed for two nights. We originally thought we were leaving the next day, but ended up staying another day before we finished. After searching around, we decided to stay at this hotel. The location is also very good and there are delicious food nearby. A lot, and the front desk also helped to upgrade the room for free. The room is very big and comfortable. The best hotel in this price range that I stayed in in China! Room nicely decorated and functional, very clean (bathroom as well), breakfast good, staff helpful, great view over the city, good location right next to the bazar. Nothing to complain about at all.

The room smells very bad...it's time to clean the carpet and do a good job of hygiene. The room is big and the service is very good. The bathroom design is also amazing, the water outlet is actually outside the shower room. I originally wanted to stay a few more days, but retreated.

The B&B is located near Grape Valley, but it is a little off. The street lights are dim when driving to the hotel at night, almost non-existent, and it is a little inconvenient to travel. The handsome guy at the front desk of the B&B was very enthusiastic. He helped us with the luggage and sent us to the door of the room. He brought a plate of welcome fruit. Later, when he heard that we wanted to eat mulberries, he brought another large plate. The environment of the manor is superb. It is suitable for a daze here if you have plenty of time. I heard from the boss that this is also one of the attractions in Grape Valley. Unfortunately, the itinerary is full and there is no time to empty myself and walk slowly in the manor. The room environment is very good, especially the style of the B&B. The only drawback is that the amount of water for bathing is a bit small and the temperature is not high. When we left the store, the boss was very thoughtful. He sent us to the Turpan Museum and took us to pick some mulberries on the roadside. We tasted a few bites and occasionally had a slightly sweet meal. The boss said that the season has not arrived yet and it has just begun to mature. The characteristic ethnic handicrafts hanging paintings on the bedside make the travel feel full. The bathroom has double wash basins and separate shower room, which is very convenient for a family of three. You can vaguely see the snow-capped mountains when you look out of the stairwell. The breakfast room is very beautiful and I am satisfied with it. There are various kinds of meals, and there are 8 kinds of Xinjiang pancakes alone😊 Recommended

The most memorable place in Xinjiang. I still miss it after a long time. The experience of staying in your hotel was great. I stayed in Turpan for another day. The breakfast was very varied, and the tastes from all over the country were taken care of. The bedding in the room was very comfortable and the decoration was very good. The walls of the house were very thick. It was very hot outside, but it was still very cool inside. The entire hotel homestay area has a lot of content and is worth a visit. I found sand therapy in the hotel on the last day, and the experience was also good. I will come again if I have the chance.

Chitingyi is located in the Vineyard District and is one of the cultural and creative districts. There are not enough functions in the park. There is a community about 15 minutes' walk away for meals and there are many choices. The appearance and rooms are just beautiful, without any flowers or trees. Breakfast was not good, poor. There is no fruit, all B&Bs have breakfast in one room.
