Simply the best place around. Superb for business or pleasure Steven are Annette are lovely and friendly, very amenable and they run a very professional BnB. My go to place when working in Milton Keynes. A good nights sleep, a lovely breakfast and an easy commute. What more do you need .. oh yes, an Indian Restaurant in the tiny village !

This was the fourth time we’ve stayed at Home Farm, and we were given a warm welcome from Steven & Annette. The room was clean , comfortable, with tea making facilities. Breakfast is really good, cereals, fruit, yogurt, toast and a delicious cooked breakfast to order. Will certainly be back.

We decided to celebrate our 40th Anniversary by going away for a night and we thankfully found this wonderful place! So glad we COULD have one night - many place are a 2 night minimum. We would definitely have stayed for longer if we were able. Home Farm is perfectly placed for Bletchley Park and we also visited Stowe Gardens nearby which was lovely to walk round. Our room was spotless, well equipped and felt very homely. The Indian next door is perfectly situated and we had a great meal there & were very impressed with the place. After a comfortable sleep - despite the sudden thunder storm! - breakfast was freshly cooked and plentiful with a good choice of produce to suit all appetites and needs. The dining area was not crowded with tables and had a lovely feeling about it. Steven & Annette made us feel very welcome indeed & nothing was too much trouble . Would highly recommend this B&B & sincerely hope we can return before too long.

I have been in a fairytale, literally. That’s the best I can describe and wrap up my 7 days holiday at Home Farm B&B. It’s much more beautiful than it shows on the pictures, and there are more facilities and amenities that show on the website, meaning that Annette and Steven are both attentive and offer you plenty of alternatives and will try their best to accommodate all of your requests. You just need to ask and they will find solutions. The area is mesmerising. Stunning English countryside, with plenty of public paths where you can enjoy peaceful walks, connect to nature and reconnect with your inner self. If you are looking to escape the real world for a moment, then this is the perfect place where all your worries disappear and can relax your body, mind, and soul. Thank you so much Annette and Steven for your friendly welcome and professional approach, for making me feel like I was home, and for everything you do for your guests. Exceptional and genuine hospitality! I hope that I will come back and be part of this fairytale again.

Had a fantastic stay. Steve and Annette are very friendly, and me feel very welcome. The house is extremely clean and tidy, my room was spacious and comfortable. The setting is beautiful, Beachampton is a lovely, quiet little village. Booked again next week!

We had a lovely stay on a Sunday night in July 2024. Steven and Annette arranged key collection for us and instructions were easy to follow. Room was lovely, felt very much like a home from home. We had a great balti from the pub next door too. Breakfast was delicious, home cooked full English. We were off to Bletchley Park the next day and chose the hotel based on it's proximity. It was perfect and so easy to drive over to the Bletchley from the B&B.

I booked last minute when I had an unexpected invite to meet an F1 driver at the British Grand Prix. They could not have been more helpful and even arranged taxis for me so I could drop my car and get into the circuit efficiently. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The room and bathroom were great as was the breakfast . I have no hesitation in recommending this place and was interested to see a celebrity also staying here .

We had stayed here last year and this visit was just as delightful. As we drove around to the back of the restored old farmhouse a sense of tranquility swept over us. We could hear the birds singing and the wind in the trees - and nothing else. That has such a calming effect, being in a small village in the heart of the countryside. Stephen and Annette were welcoming and made time to chat with us, and showed us to our room. As the last few nights had been quiet nippy there they gave us an electric heater but we never needed it - the thick old stone walls held the temperature up for our four night stay. The breakfasts were special with locally sourced ingredients and some of their homemade jams. Nothing was too much trouble and we chose a different combination each day. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others. If you like Indian food you have to look no further than next door. Otherwise a short 8 minute drive through the countryside past cattle and sheep grazing brings you to Stony Stratford with its many restaurants and takeaways. We particularly liked the Chinese restaurant, very friendly and welcoming. A little further away is Bletchley Park, the place of the WW2 code-breakers. It would take 2-3 days to see everything there, and don’t miss The National Museum of Computing where you can see the Bombe and the Colossus machines/computers being demonstrated. They managed to explain the concepts very well.
