The overall hygiene of the hotel is okay. There are travel-related materials and information in the room, which can be used as a reference for travel. The smell in the room was quite strong, birds kept chirping at night, and the elevator shaft was extremely loud. The room was not soundproofed.

Let’s start with why l went here in the 1st place and that was because of the GYM. I was on a mission to work on my health and fitness. Was the GYM worth going too? This GYM at 9D Hotel is exceptionally good with excellent, well maintained equipment. There are 3 Floors to this gym with scheduled workout activities on the top floor along with a basketball court which was a real bonus as it’s been years since lve shot some hoops. To access the gym you will have to get an arm band at reception. The pool area is adequate and your kids will love it. Now onto the rooms = my room was on the 3rd floor with pool views. Extremely spacious,clean, with a huge comfortable bed and the bathroom was of excellent size also which had large shower gels, shampoos and conditioners. Buffet breakfast l found to be sufficient with a decent selection and staff were great. On saying this the buffet seemed to be the same everyday during my stay which wasn’t a deal breaker. So all in all and the above was fantastic. Now to the negatives = Cafe downstairs was never open once during my stay. This hotel is quite a distance from the centre of town so l hired a motorbike for my stay from happy motorbike & Car Rental which is situated opposite Central Udon. Cafe downstairs was never open once during my stay.

Decoration is the only good point of this hotel. Sound proof is totally terrible, I could hear the noise from next next door at night (from 21.00pm), and next door came back to hotel at 22.30pm, then started making noise until 02.00, I went to reception and informed staffs about the situation at 00.00am, and there was nothing changed until 02.00am... And I paid for 2 nights, but I immediately booked another hotel during breakfast after first terrible night then checked out, I repeated the situation of last night to the staff again, and she just said ”sorry sorry”, what a good service and attitude ~~~ The name is ”dream” factory hotel, but if you want to have a dream, there are lots of accommodations can let you sleep well and have a good dream, if you stay at this 4 stars hotel (I still do not understand why this kind of hardware can get 4 stars on Agoda, maybe mistake?), the only thing you will hope is can get sleep at night... Do not spend time to check the pictures of hotel, it will save both of your money and time.

The Hotel is very beautiful with Middle East style interior decoration. I felt like travelling to Morocco while staying in the hotel. Bringing some beautiful clothes to take photographs with the hotel was highly recommended. I think middle east style clothes is better than renting the Indian clothes provided by the hotel . Breakfast is great. Room space is highly satisfied with excellent full amenities.

Nice hotel in Udon Thani Thailand. Especially if you plan do to a lot of going around/sightseeing and need a neat, clean room with friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay here. They have a new wing and an older building, both very reasonably priced. The hotel has included a 'mini breakfast' in the new building. Very basic - coffee, ovaltine, bread butter and jam. Basic but understandable if you consider the modest pricing. Added 50 baht for nice pan fried eggs (2 eggs), toppings of your choice. Asked the lobby to get me a taxi to Central Udon and was promptly helped. Good place on a budget, clean and tidy.

This hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of a downtown hotel. It is in a very quiet location so you do not hear the constant traffic you would get elsewhere. The rooms and rest of the hotel are clean and in good repair. Water pressure in the shower was very strong with lots of hot water. We really appreciated the modern decor of our room. My favourite spot was outside on the restaurant deck overlooking the fish pond. For ฿10, you can get a container of fish food and feed the fish. The sound of the waterfalls, the birds singing and the shade from the trees made this a local paradise. The bed was comfortable and they had a modern TV, but we never watched it. The WiFi was strong throughout the hotel. There were restaurants close by and even a couple of night clubs within walking distance. We even found a great massage place about a five minutes walk. There is a huge city park five minutes walk away with separate walking and biking lanes. The walking path is rubberized to make it easier for joggers. Beautiful trees in the park. There is a restaurant that supples breakfast in the morning. Their signature breakfast was very tasty. The only drawback was the distance from the central business district. If you want to shop and be with the night life, it is about ฿100 to get downtown by tuk tuk.
