A beautiful hotel that loses the level of service and makes no sense just loses customers!!! First of all after registration and payment, already at the elevator I indicated that the room is more expensive.. ))) Second, all guest parking is busy not even tourist, parking spaces are not available, security for the car in another place of the hotel goes rugging, on the underground parking is not allowed.. In the third in the room everything that is dependent is given only after the call (bathrooms, hygiene, brush..) The price for six months has increased significantly the circumstances of the outside is clear, but why the level of service has fallen???

The wedding was celebrated in the Pop ap. COMPLETE DEAD. From the next hall, where the banquet was also going, only the curtains were separated. Listened to the lead and music from the SURE BANKET. Instead of congratulations from our guests listened to the reading of the drith from the next hall. It is not clear why to take this hall for an event if in the next hall too a banquet. Food is a separate story. Food guests have not been reported, in the hot found a piece of hair. In the children's menu, the boloniezo is absolutely uneatable, if it is a dish of aldente, why is it in the children's menu? The waiters are hamm.

I had a very unpleasant incident with the Head of Customer service Mr. Ilgiz. I have got a call at 10 am in the morning and was told to immediately leave the room. The explanation was very inaudible saying something like: we have to clean your suite as will need to show your room to some visitors coming at 12.00. I have a feeling that the guy had difficulties speaking Russian or English as he failed to explain details and kept urging me to leave the room immediately. In return I was offered to ”immediately move to De-Lux suite” that made absolutely no sense taking into account that I was to check out in couple of hours. A terrible service example for Crowne Plaza brand. I am an IHG Platinum member and stayed in numerous Crowne Plazas worldwide, so it's the first example how a good location and cleanliness of the Hotel can be easily ruined by a single wrong person on the stuff.

Что хочу сказать этот 3* отель в Уфе лучше 5* отеля в Египте этой же сети Хилтон. Удобное расположение, современный отель. Очень светлый и красивый ресепшен, где работают милейшие ресепшионисты. Попросила оставить вещи на пару часов после выезда в камере хранения, без проблем согласились. Регистрация заняла минуты 2. Всё рассказали и показали. Лифт работает с картой от номера, что безопасно, в лифте играет музыка что уже создает настроение. Жила на 6 этаже и направляясь к номеру почувствовала шикарный аромат как в дорогих отелях. Как же вкусно у вас пахнет в отеле. Номер стандарт с большой кроватью 611. Большой и светлый. Номер начинен всем необходимым и даже больше. Чайник и все пренадлежности для чая и кофе, 2 бутылки воды. Внимание! В номере гладильная доска с утюгом. Просто нонсенс. Есть салфетки обувь протереть. Тапочки в наличии. Большое количество вешалок и большая полка. Шкаф спрятан за раздвижной дверью. Кровать с высоким матрасом, почувствуй себя принцессой. Даже меню подушек обалдеть. И одеяло большое и мягкое. Спала как младенец просто. Большой телевизор. Стол с удобным стулом. Понравилось кресло с пуфиком, сидишь попиваешь кофе и любуешься видом из панорамного окна. А еще классно что в номере есть путеводитель по Уфе, изучила. Ванная комната шикарная. Большое зеркало с подсветкой, удобно краситься. В наличии жидкое мыло, лосьон для рук и тела, гель для душа, шампунь и кондиционер. Уходовая косметика отличная и ароматы дорогие шикарные. Кожа и волосы просто шелковые. Можно у вас в следующий раз купить?) Также мощный фен в специальном мешочке упакован. Полотенца белоснежные в достаточном количестве. Душевая кабина и душ с хорошим напором и удобным смесителем. Обычно мне недостаточно света в номере, в этом отеле проблем не возникло. Розеток мне тоже хватило. Wi-fi быстрый. В стоимость номера включен завтрак я бы его сравнила с олл инклюзив турецким. Большой выбор. Всё свежее и аппетитное. Кофе вкусный. Благодарю за радушный приём! Еще к вам приеду обязательно.

Horrible attention from personnel and hotel management. 1. Made 2 bookings and 2nd one needed to be moved to another date due to business needs, but hotel refused to do it and no any cancellation charge even they’ve been informed immediately. 2. During the stay, appeared in the morning there are no water supply to the hotel. No information, or any follow up. The price per night during high occupancy at ~200usd/day for standard room no breakfast included. Which is above the market in Ufa. I have decided to stay in this hotel due to location and view, and heavily regretted the decision.

We were with friends traveling, staying at this hotel. The administrator is responsive, literate girl. The rooms are clean, the waitresses clean up on first demand. There is a cafe where delicious breakfast is served. We will definitely come again!
