The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests we had during our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel, including the washrooms, was commendable. The overall experience was good, and I appreciate the effort put into maintaining cleanliness and providing decent facilities. If the hotel ***agement pays more attention to room allocation based on group size, it would significantly enhance the comfort of their guests. Nonetheless, I had a positive experience and would consider staying there again in the future

Stayed here for our visit to the Mahakaleshwar temple. The availablity of hotels during our stay was limited and hence the staff took full advantage of it. - The prices that we payed were more than double of their actual prices. While we were somewhat okay with the inflated prices the facilities are below average! ( Would not recommend, hotels with less than its price offer better facilities) - The food is average, limited items and mostly cold - The service is below average with the bedsheets that were given on extra bedding were torn and needed to be asked for multiple times - The property size is smaller than that of oyo rooms ( washrooms are even smaller) - overall would be a 2/5 kind of an experience

Hotel services are very bad don't book it staff is not good As A travel agent I will never recommend to any one to book this hotel Mr bharat who is taking care of this property is very rude he don't know how to talk with business associate's
