This hotel feels like it's stuck in the 90s. Everything is old, dirty, and uncomfortable. It's completely unsuitable for both business and leisure. There's no service whatsoever – no laundry facilities, no irons. The staff are polite, and the food is tasty, but the selection is very limited.
